Initially we called Castle Heating for a breakdown 2 days before a large family gathering on Christmas day. Not only did they come out quick and at the stated time, they left us able to get through our gathering. Two days after Christmas, they fitted the new boiler in what is the most awkward of places. I never did get their names, but the 2 men were absolutely brilliant. They were efficient, knowledgeable, and friendly. The bonus..... all this at a really good price. I would highly recommend them, and I will be using them to come and carry out a yearly service.

I have to say the service from Les and team was first class. He was very informative and showed all work as done, explaining precisely the functions of the boiler. Quick to respond (on a Sunday morning!), and replaced a leaking bath tap the next day. Les is a friendly down to earth guy. I certainly recommend Castle Heating to anyone who needs plumbing work.
