Just had some work done having seen residents nearby with Plumus vans outside. Harry has left not long ago and has been nothing but professional, extremely pleasant and great with the work. We've still got work to do, but for a near-Christmas emergency - he's saved the day - all within the hour. I'd be happy to use Plumus again - they were timely and effective - I only called this morning!

“Harry” the plumber replaced my kitchen tap - and did a perfect job. He was polite, very professional, honest and efficient - and he also cleaned up after himself. I have nothing but good things to say about Harry and Plumus. It’s the first services company I’ve used in London that I believe has high integrity. I will be using them again if I need to.

Spoke to James and he clearly explained their pricing policy and in less than 30 minutes Harry was at our flat and quickly diagnosed and fixed our blocked drains. We found there were a couple that needed to be unblocked in addition to the long run of piping that serves the kitchen sink, dishwasher and washing machine. The building is old and therefore pipes are tricky to clear but he managed to get quite a bit out and was super tidy doing it. Harry even put down a mat to protect our kitchen floor without even being asked to do so super nice touch! I was extremely satisfied with the service provided and he was a pleasant chap. I want to share my feedback. This was the best experience associated with the work of plumbing engineers. Everything, from the speed of diagnostics to the cleanliness of the work - perfect! These were the first engineers who identified the cause of the constantly recurring breakdowns of the boiler, as a result we had to replace it with a new one (none of the three previous companies that came to check said this, but simply advised "to use hot water for up to 15 minutes, this is enough"). The replacement work itself was done perfectly cleanly and neatly, after which they even washed the floor. I will be very happy to recommend using the services of this company to all my friends.
