Paul came to service our boiler and look at a leaking radiator. He was very polite and professional, talked through the whole process so I could have an understanding of how things worked. He offered sound and professional advice on how to look after the boiler and was not pushy trying to sell packages, also gave advice on improving our water pressure. A credit to the company.
