Martin and team (Sam and Hayden) fitted new radiators and a water softener. Both jobs carried out promptly, professionally and with real care. Everyone worked really hard, they were very pleasant, polite and took care to check any issues and recommended solutions prior to proceeding. Quote prices were honoured 3 months after. First used Richardsons for oil boiler servicing on recommendation from Titan. Amazingly they managed to keep our old boiler running until they got the new one installed. From quoting, right through to commissioning, liaison with us and our builder was excellent. They were always flexible and turned up when they said they would. Ethan and Hayden planned the pipework runs very carefully and the result has impressed all the contractors as well as us. Highly recommended.

Martin was very quick to get back to us when we were enquiring about a boiler and was very transparent and helpful with absolutely any question we had. Hayden fitted the boiler for us and was incredibly polite and efficient, also making sure to let me know what changes were being made and when. He was also happy to answer any questions I had and demonstrate anything I wasn’t clear on. The absolutely friendliest pair and I felt so confident and assured throughout the process.
