This is my first experience of dealing with Phoenix, I just wish I had found them before. I was given a time scale for the engineer to arrive and he was there very near the start time. He assessed the job, fixed it with none of the spiel I've experienced with other plumbers. Brilliant

Pheonix were contractors for our agent when we used to rent our home and they were always nice to deal with. So when needed a plumber in our own place, they were the first people we called. They've aced everything asked of them, from emergency call outs, to boiler repairs and the biggest one: fitting a new shower, new valves and pipework and re-seating the bath properly. The workmanship is excellent and the people are all super helpful and friendly including the office ladies, will definitely call again if we need someone. (Hopefully not for a while 😅) . Phoenix have been a joy to work with. Quick response, easy to deal with and actually fixed the issue that others couldn't. Look forward to working with them again in the future as we do more work on the house.
