I contacted Mohammed as I was told by British Gas engineers that I needed to flush my central heating system. Mohammed was very helpful and very honest. After asking me several questions about what was going on, he told me that I didn’t need his services and fixed the problem for me over the phone. He could easily have decided to go with the British Gas diagnosis and booked a power flush but he had the competence and the honesty not to do that and to help me resolve the real issue at hand. Amazing service!

Absolutely superb. Our heating hasn’t been working properly for a few years making winters miserable. I’ve had a number of plumbers over to look at the issue but none provided a long term fix. Mohammed identified the block in the boiler as soon as he arrived. He and his colleague worked tirelessly to flush the boiler and 11 radiators. My radiators are finally burning hot, and my boiler runs perfectly. I spoke to other companies providing power flush services but none appeared to have the same level of knowledge of experience as Magflush. I’m glad I chose to go with them as Mohammed’s wealth of experience and determination to fix our issue long term are rare to find. Highly recommended.

The service was impeccable likewise the communication, properly clarified what systems were in place, there was no delay with this company we were given a date as soon as the following day; expeditiously booked and confirmed. Arrival was within the specified time no delays, work was carried out efficiently and to an extremely high standard.
