I had my kitchen mixer tap replaced; sink u-bend replaced; stopcock replaced; two water valves replaced/added; the plumbing reworked to accommodate aforementioned valves. Basically a near rebuild of the under sink plumbing. Communication was good and the plumber arrived on time. He was friendly and suggested a few ways to deal with the problems presented and receptive to my own input regarding solutions and my preferences. I did discover a very minor leak later on but they returned to fix it very quickly without issue. I would contract them again.

Do Better Build completely renovated my bathroom in October 2024. The whole process felt completely stress-free because of the expertise of the team. I would recommend them for three main reasons: 1) Expertise in sourcing quality products They were able to advise on all the products and suggest what would work best in the bathroom and sorted out the return and replacement when items arrived slightly damaged. 2) They ensure everything is done to a high standard with no cutting corners The work done was all to a high level and I could trust that they wouldn't cut corners. I never once had to ask for something to be improved or changed. When unexpected problems came up e.g old builders had plastered over and old door instead of removing it, they took the time to sort out these additional problems. 3) Courteous and tidy Each one of the team was courteous and they took care to clean up well afterwards.

Great company, they have done many small and large jobs for me. From general pluming & boiler replacement to the full refurbishments of my rental home.

They have been doing good jobs for my flat for a few years now ie change kitchen tap, toilet extraction fan and lighting. They are very professional and explained everything clearly and tidy up after each job. I am so impressed I recommended my friends to use their service too. For my friend’s job , it is an impossible jobs because other plumbers can’t get to the root of the problems. Nobody can fix it. However, they carefully took time and found out that she has a faulty boiler due to sludge within all radiators in her flat. Instead of just asking her to change all 9 radiators which will be easier for them but costly for her, they tried hard to locate problems and fix it. Even after the boiler is changed, the problem persists, but they don’t give up. As the last resort, they spent days rinsing all 9 radiators one by one until they are all cleaned and had to change the magnetic sensor twice. My friend has a working central heating now and she is very happy with the jobs they has done. She also used them for all little things too ie changing batteries for smoke detectors, fixing the lock of the big window that opens to patio and even fixing the loose wallpaper. In short, I would be happy to recommend them to all my friends.

We had lots of issues with our bathroom. We got an accurate quotation from the Do Better to sort out the leakage and modernise the bathroom. There estimate was very accurate and the duration of work was on time. We were extremely happy with the quality of the service and professional workmanship they provided.
