I emailed Wayne in the morning with details of work required. He replied very quickly and visited the same day to see what was needed. I had a quote within two days, which was very reasonable and accepted. Work was done two weeks later to a very high quality. Wayne is very polite and professional. His standard of working is very high. My wife and I are very pleased with his work and would recommend him for any plumbing job.

Wayne was very friendly on the phone and seemed very approachable. He sorted the issues we had by doing a thorough investigation as our house is not an easy one with regards to old plumbing over the years, something that other plumbers have struggled with! Would definitely recommend.

Wayne’s service was absolutely fantastic. He came today and gave advice regarding the location and installation of an external security camera and not only fitted it in the perfect spot but also set it up on my Wi-Fi to work perfectly. All of this work was of excellent quality and very reasonably priced . Can’t recommend Wayne highly enough.

Stuart and Steve came to lay new laminate flooring in our bathroom, they were very friendly and have done a great job. We had previously had part of the actual floor replaced from another company and it was a different height to the rest of the floor, the entire floor was a mess. They filled the space so that everything was level, sorted everything and made it look good. I would definitely recommend them. Thank you!

We loved Pete! Friendly, professional and completely housetrained, requiring only sweetened tea and the occasional Kitkat. He transformed our bathroom which now looks absolutely fantastic. Pete worked incredibly hard and his attention to detail and the quality of his work was outstanding. We would not hesitate to use him again and would recommend him to others without hesitation.

Pete recently renovated our bathroom & what a fantastic transformation! A friendly guy, very hardworking & his great attention to detail ensures his work is outstanding in every way. Couldn't believe how tidy he was too, throughout the renovation! Despite a few setbacks with delayed delivery of fittings, missing parts & an unexpected leak in the old pipeworks, Pete remained patient & innovative, overcoming each obstacle & still managed to complete the renovation within the timescale. He suggested little extras that have added a touch of luxury to the bathroom & created a unique design. I'd have no hesitation in recommending PB Home Improvements. I was prepared to wait for Pete for over a year after seeing my sister's bathroom refurbishment completed by him. When he finally started and then completed our own 3 rooms (Main bathroom, En Suite, Cloakroom) last month, it was well worth the wait! All through his work, Pete was a consummate professional with a very friendly and flexible approach to some changes in plans, always offering great advice and sharing his considerable experience to improve the outcomes. My family and I are really pleased with the final results. Had a call from “Odd Job Jacob” after posting a job online (assemble a 12ft x 8ft) greenhouse. Very polite and professional, also turns up when he says he will. Unlike many others. Jacob works hard with good attention to detail and is fast climbing his ladder.

NOT your typical builders - Thanasi and his team are awesome went above and beyond to build our extension better than we would of imagined, even with delays out of their control from Building Regd they worked hard and finished on time. The whole team work hard from the moment they arrive and are polite, tidy and treat the job as if it were their own home. I have already recommended them to family and friends and would highly recommend them to anyone.

Sue who runs the shop is very friendly and helpful. They do a variety of furniture and furnishings. If there is something you want but can't see, ask. They can get most things in, in a short time. Having moved very recently to Bourne we have virtually furnished our bungalow from Pic N Pay. Very good quality and the delivery guys are great too. No delivery charge if living locally.

We have purchased the most amazing kitchen which looks spectacular. The service is excellent with fantastic attention to detail at all times. We are pleased with every inch of the kitchen which has been professionally and expertly designed by Sue, fully taking into account our wishes and offering different designs to suit our budget and taste. We are thrilled with the kitchen installed by Sue and her team. Sue was so patient as I worked through a large kitchen and utility project. I felt I had a friend nudging me through the process and helping me make informed decisions. The ability to custom make items to minimise wasted space was important to us and Sue expertise was invaluable. We will definitely use this company again on future properties. They want nothing less than perfection and aren't happy until the job is absolutely finished .It was never a problem to get a fitter back to finish off the odd bits and pieces .
