I had a number of fence posts and panels which required replacement. I contacted Handy help Andover & Hampshire for a quote. Phil's quote was very affordable and so I engaged his services. The fence posts were repaired and the panels swapped out in next to no time. After completion of the work Phil tidied up leaving a most satisfied customer. I will certainly be using him again.
