Thanks to their expertise, I didn’t have to buy a new dishwasher—they re-lined it instead, saving me a significant expense. Steven also fixed the windows by adjusting the stoppers, ensuring they now stay open properly without needing expensive replacements.
Additionally, Lucas proactively identified that the kitchen plinth would need to be cut to fit the washing machine properly. He explained the process clearly and ensured a solution by purchasing a plinth leg to attach it securely after cutting. This level of detail and care really stood out to me.
