Very happy, throughout the process Simon's only concern was that I was happy with the work, rather than making money. As soon as he finished the job he said if there are any issues with the work let me know, and indeed as soon as I texted him about an issue, I had a response within 10 minutes. It's so refreshing not having to chase people! The issue was nothing to do with his work, rather it was Redrow (house builder's) poor workmanship, that became visible after Simon's job. Nevertheless, he came round promptly and tidied it up free of charge.
Simon and his team have been maintaining my lawn and other jobs around the property for many years and i have nothing but praise for the work they do .
