Cannot praise this firm highly enough. Had to call out at short notice( twice- separate occasions). Thanks to Toby and the two Joes who were very professional, friendly and clearly knew their ‘stuff’.

Our very old back boiler and immersion tank sprang a leak on us over a weekend. This company came out and were quick to resolve. Due to the age of the system (nearly 40 years!) we asked them if they could replace it all with a new system. Within three to four days we had a modern combi boiler installed with no fuss or bother. But this is not the end of the story! A couple of days later, late into a Saturday evening, we found a leak (component failure not install) on some of the new pipework. Within thirty minutes of making a phone call to them they were out, leak was fixed again with no fuss or bother. We highly recommend this company and their staff
I highly recommend this company. They were prompt to come and quote, very accommodating with regards to some changes I wanted made during the job being done, clean, polite and overall did a fantastic result. In particular, Joe was really great to deal with during the install and quote process.
Jim & Connor arrived same day. Quick efficient & polite. They purchased the replacement pump and fitted it without any fuss or mess. Would definitely use this company (sittingbourne branch) again.
