Brother engineer has fixed my Worcester boiler in minutes, he is an absolute star he is so honest, transparent, hardworking his job is so neat and clean too. His charges are transparent and reliable. He is so helpful. My boiler was making crackling sounds shutting down, he came immediately and thoroughly cleaned all the sludge/dirt from all pipes and boiler. My boiler is working perfectly now have access to hot water and heating. He is so helpful and so kind he needed access into my below the sink messy kitchen cupboard he helped himself/cleared the cupboard to gain access, doesn’t want my help made me relaxed.
