Excellent service from first communication through to my kitchen taps being dealt with.Jack arrived on time, excellent communication skills and explained everything to me with photos. Hoping to have major works carried out to my house and will definitely be using R G Austin very impressed.

I've used Jack and R.G Austin a couple of times now - most recently to replace a couple of shower valves. Jack is incredibly helpful and provides honest advice about the best and most cost-effective way to fix issues which I always really appreciate.
