Daniel was incredibly helpful when I called him on a Saturday night with a plumbing emergency. Although he wasn’t local and couldn’t assist in person, he took the time to FaceTime me, provide advice, and suggest some practical solutions. He even gave me the number of a local plumber who was able to help.
