Tommy did a great job repairing our boiler in Fulham. He was responsive, professional and arrived on time. It took him less than 45 minutes to complete the repair to replace a leaky magnetic filter. I would use him again if needed, and recommend him to others.
Tom and his team responded to me very swiftly. It was a challenge to fix a leaky pipe inside a hard-to-reach space. They arrived within an hour after the call, and got the job done in two hours. They treated an emergency as an emergency and offered the most affordable solution to the problem. I was thoroughly impressed by their skill and professionalism.
Great communication, good advice and very good at discussing my options. Well priced for London and very efficient. However damage was caused to one of my tiles and part of my bath which wasn’t communicated before he left which is a shame.
