Tradeforce have for the past six or more years carried out the annual gas safe certificate and boiler service for me. They have also sorted out a leak and replaced taps when needed. The engineer and his apprentice who came to install the new one were great. They worked really hard and had to deal with an unexpected electrics problem early on in the day. They sorted it out and got on with the job, working very well as a team.
They also had to deal with some problems with the old walls in my kitchen and they managed very well. Nothing was too much trouble and they were very polite. They cleaned up very well before they left and explained everything to me that they'd done plus provided some tips on how to get the best value out of the boiler and energy usage.

I have been using this company for many years, both for my own and my rental property. I have found them to be responsive, efficient, honest and reasonable. Over the years, Tradeforce have installed a new gas boiler, power flushed my system, sorted out problems with the emersion tank, competed annual safety checks etc. This morning I had no heat or hot water. I sent an email first thing and by lunchtime the owner of the business, Michael, had attended my property, sorted the problem and got my heating going again.
