Well what can I say about Verona Italian Restaurant. We came here for my birthday and I must say that I enjoyed every second of going there for a meal. We picked Verona out of the blue, we drove past and said lets go there and I stopped the car. Both mine and my partners meals were excellent, they were cooked really cooked well. We had such a nice night out there that we will definitely be going there again and we would gladly recommend Verona Italian Restaurant to friends and family. The staff were extremely friendly and the atmosphere was really nice. You will be seeing us again sooner rather than later.

I visited with family for a birthday. I have tried their takeaway food previously, but eating in the restaurant was much nicer especially the pizza as it was warm. The food portions are generous too.

Great value for 2 Courses Lunch Set, good portion of food and delicious. We had three lunch sets, Gamberoni Aurora, Carpaccio Di Salmone and Zuppa Verdure as starters. Gamberoni Aurora was very tasty, I like the sauce, it was perfect to eat with bread. We had Risotto Con Pollo, Spezzatino Di Manzo and Pizza Diavola for main courses. The dish Spezzatino Di Manzo was on its own, so we ordered rice with it. The beef was so tender and the sauce was delicious as well. The Risotto was tasty too. Overall the food was great! The waitress was very nice and very attentive. Definitely will come again. There’s street parking in front of the restaurant, it’s one hour parking (Mon - Sat). Otherwise, you can easily park on street in the neighbourhood.

Wow!!! Where has this place been hiding. The food, ambience, decor, service was just excellent. I had Calamari, Sirloin Steak and the best dessert (Panna Cotta) I've probably ever had. The quality of the food & ingredients for a mere £20.95, 3 course lunch is a real bargain. Give it a try.

Went for dinner whilst staying with a friend. From the outside just looked like a normal village pub, inside was like what a pub should look like, great atmosphere. The food was amazing as was the staff and the service. Will definitely revisit next time I’m in Sutton Coldfield. Recommend to any one looking for a great place to have a meal.

We haven't been to the Butlers Arms for some time sort was really great to find that nothing had changed the welcome fantastic and sincere, the service and food superb we could not fault it (the baked feta was amazing) and the atmosphere warm and safe. We will definitely not leave it as long for our next visit. Thank you Becky and team

On many visits the beers have been good. Also bar snacks have been good. My last visit for a meal in their “restaurant” area was ok but nothing up to expectations based on friend’s reports. Great staff a good service but the general ambiance is poor and the food unexceptional. Noted for fish my partners see bass was generous and well cooked but the accompaniment was poor. My hand made burger seemed more frozen supermarket than restaurant.

We have been here twice this week to celebrate special family occasions, our golden wedding anniversary on Saturday and our grandson's 21st birthday today. On both occasions we have had great service and the food has been excellent! We were a group of 15 on Saturday and 11 tonight and the food has been served to all of us with good timing, nobody had to wait for their meals even though we were a big group. We could not fault anything Saturday was our first experiences of eating here and we enjoyed it so much we went back tonight, we will be going back again!!

Wonderful greeting and service from the staff. The food was beyond excellent , full of flavours. The black pudding salad topped with a poached egg was a combination I never thought I’d ever try and the sea bass was plentiful and tasty. The only slight downside is that we visited in the evening and the venue felt chilly however this will not stop us visiting again in the near future

Had a lovely dinner last night at Romantica. It's always worth spending a little more for good quality food. While they did have a few fabulous specials on, I decided to go with the lamb chops instead. There are no side dishes with the main meal, one is required to order each item separately. I decided on mushrooms and dauphinoise. The dessert menu looked amazing, but due to the large portions, even though I only ate half, there wasn't any space for a morsel of dessert. I would have preferred a smaller portion. I know some restaurants offer a lady's portion, but in today's society that may no longer be politically correct, however true. The glass of Merlot wasn't a great choice, not for my palate. The staff were friendly and attentive, and children were made to feel welcome. A pleasant dinner.

This restaurant is perfect for date night, offering a charming ambiance and attentive service. The food was delicious, adding to the overall delightful experience. The manager, who seemed to be in charge, was funny and made us feel very welcome ( we even in Spanish and French🤣). Despite living in the area, this was our first visit, and it did not disappoint. The atmosphere was cozy, making it an ideal spot for a romantic evening. The staff’s attentiveness ensured that we had everything we needed throughout our meal. We were thoroughly impressed and will definitely be returning for another visit in the future.

Went on a Saturday afternoon, and the place was absolutely full. Despite being so busy, the staff managed quite well, and it helped that you can order and pay using your phone, which sped things up significantly. The food was fantastic—lots of interesting options, and I especially appreciated the wide selection of vegetarian dishes. The cakes were lovely too, with a variety that made it hard to choose just one! Overall, even with the crowd, it was a great experience. I’d definitely come back for another visit!

Great place for breakfast and food. Wide range of food. Suitable for vegetarians. Easily accessible and alot of seating area. Interior design is very nice. Staff were very friendly and kept checking on us when they were super busy. Drinks got served very quickly and followed with food after on such busy day. The burgers looks very good and worth a try

A cosy and friendly little place with food that absolutely dominates the competition! Still the unrivalled Curry King of Sutton Coldfield. The team and I paid a visit after a successful night of football, where we were warmly greeted upon arrival and perfectly taken care of from start to finish by two lovely young gentlemen. The chefs even catered to my unusual modification request of making our creamy butter chicken dish spicy instead of sweet, without any complaints whatsoever. Fantastic food. Customer service to match. Atmosphere with positive vibes. What else could you ask for?!

Hands down one of the best Indian cuisine restaurants I have been to. Staff were amazing and offered great recommendations. Food was by far the stand out and it was exceptional I could not fault it one bit. I will definitely be making many more visits.

Lovely new restaurant opening today 20th Feb. We were fortunate to go to the soft launch last weekend. The staff were well trained and polite and friendly. The food was excellent. Large mains so consider your choices and if to have all courses. We also visited for lunch the next day which was great. Lovely decor and atmosphere we'll be regulars for sure.

“I had an amazing dining experience at Willow! From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was welcoming and comfortable. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, making sure we had everything we needed. The menu offered a great variety of dishes, and everything we tried was absolutely delicious. Visited last night for a birthday meal. Restaurant was lovely! Really nice decor and vibe. We were served by Gina who was fab and made a real point to make my birthday feel special. Including a little bday card when we arrived on the table and a dessert/song 🤭🤣. Their attention to detail to cater for allergies was really noteable too 👏. The food was amazing and we'll definitely come again.

My first experience at willow mere green was absolutely incredible! Everything tasted and looked amazing! Even the ice cream was sooo yummy. Service was excellent our waitress Chloe was great. 5 stars 100% recommend.

I like this little independent, relaxed,inclusive, unpretentious, friendly. A nice change from the big chains where laptops and fancy coffee is the norm. I’m not a coffee expert so I have my usual americano which is pretty good. The chocolate chip cake thing was nice but needs more flavour, if it was banana I didn’t taste it. Will recommend.

Some of the nicest coffee I have ever had, echoed by my partner too, who is a self-proclaimed coffee snob so it must have been good haha! We sat in and there is a pleasant but peaceful vibe in there. I wouldn’t say it’s cosy, but it’s a great place to enjoy a coffee and have a chat / get some work done. The quality of the coffee is unmatched though, and they seemingly roast their own beans? I mean they have a roaster but we forget to ask as we left. Either way, outstanding coffee, worth a visit just for that. A flat white and a black coffee did the trick for us! There is a small cabinet of cakes and treats but we didn’t sample them unfortunately, but they are there if that’s your thing! The service was lovely too, clearly very knowledgeable guys who love coffee. Effect and chatty, it was a joy to drink here.

Another amazing visit; Pesto stands out a mile in terms of providing great food in a relaxed atmosphere. We're not the most regular visitors as we don't have a local restaurant and only tend to pop in when visiting relatives, but it never fails. A big shout out to Courtney who was brilliant and made us feel so at home.

Really nice family meal here. Always delivers everytime we go here. Ordered 3 dishes each with some extra garlic breads, salad etc… to share and loads of food for 7/8 adults and not too pricy. Would recommend. Service was really good too.

Such a lovely restaurant, one of my favourites actually. It's a great way to try new foods with the tapas style of service. Fantastic staff and food is always amazing. We went at lunch, midweek and it was busy to begin with but went quite before 4pm

It was such a wonderful experience. We were looking for a place exactly like this nice, peaceful, beautiful, and with great view to the lake, you can see sunset from there. The food was absolutely perfect. That lettuce salad was tasty. Steaks were really well done. Staff were also nice and friendly with a great atmosphere. There is plenty of parking area. A warm welcome from the front desk. Two almost separate spaces for drink and food, different menu. I took the picture with my phone, enjoying the sunset.

Our first time at this millers. The service was a little slow but it’s expected when you go at a busy time so it’s understandable and that was fine with us (table booked for 6:30pm). We had an amazing experience, the service wasn’t an issue our waitress was brilliant, the food was delicious, we will return again! We could hear there were a few issues on other tables around us because of how loud they were complaining (unsure what about) but that was their business and not our problem, our night was fab 🥰

Came here for my Birthday meal with friends and family and it was amazing! Luke, our waiter, was fantastic. As a group of 7, we had a lot of food! The highlight of the meal was the Sunday sharing platter! It was so good! The meat was cooked to perfection and I loved all the sides that came with it. We also had: Mushroom starter Camembert starter Bone marrow Chicken wings Calamari Burger Sirloin steak x 2 Kids pasta and meatballs Onion loaf Halloumi fries Chips Macaroni cheese Garlic mushrooms Cheesecake Vanilla ice-cream Chocolate brownie Overall, a fantastic meal, good atmosphere and excellent service.

Went there for our anniversary. We were 40mins early and was seated straight away. Place looked clean and a lot of couple were present. Our waiter however, appeared new and didn't know how to answer our questions. Service with food was a quick. I loved my fillet steak and cooked the way I wanted Will go again

Eleon greek restaurant in Sutton Coldfield is truly an authentic experience. We were greeted by Stathis the owner and he was very hospitable. The atmosphere is wonderful and you'll be shocked looking from outside how big this place is. The food was exceptional and presented beautifully. Highly recommend the Kleftiko Mediterranean lamb shank dish.

We dined in for our anniversary and as late on a Sunday it was a little quiet but we couldn’t fault it at all. The food was delicious and the staff couldn’t have been more lovely especially Marcus/marcoco, so polite, friendly and welcoming. Will definitely be looking to return hopefully with some friends.

1st time here,lovely food and friendly staff,Gyros and chips was really filling,only thing that was missing was Greek Dancing.

A very solid eating experience with good flavours and great service. We opted for the set menu (look for the little olive tree symbol) and by the end of it we were all stuffed. The food was freshly prepared and if you've not had greek food before, I would recommend it as a great place to start exploring the cuisine. From the outside the place looks small but it does extend further back and looked to be hosting a rather large party when we attended but the food was brought out promptly and the wait staff checked up on us regularly for drinks and food. I would recommend booking a table though rather than just walking in as I can imagine it does get quite busy. There is limited on street parking directly outside and considering it's Sutton, parking generally can be a bit of a nightmare so bear this in mind.
