I went to have a broken wisdom tooth out so was very worried about it. I was referred from my dentist as it needed a surgeon to get the broken tooth out. I thought the dentist was fantastic, she explained everything at each stage. I had no pain at all.
I thought she was very proficient and professional. I have had no problems since and would not hesitate to go there again. Her assistant was great too.
I've had a tooth removed, a few fillings and a deep clean here after not having a dentist for years, these guys have been brilliant so far. I don't think anybody finds a needle to the gums fun but having a filling done here isn't a scary experience, my first one only brought a small amount of pain whilst the last 2 were painless besides the needle.
Reception staff are also lovely and can often book you in fairly quick, even if you can only attend very specific hours. Highly recommend with my only complaint being there's no parking but that's just Canterbury, there's a couple pay & display bays a 5 minute walk in either direction.
It was my first visit to Chopra. I had a warm welcome by the reception staff. The hygienist and her nurse was wonderful. I am usually nervous at dentists. I was made to feel comfortable. Clear and reassuring communication about each procedure. I had an exceptional clean and good advice about care at home. Good value for money I will be back
I have been an NHS patient here for years and they are excellent. The staff are all so kind; the dentists go out of their way to put you at ease as well. I cracked my tooth and they managed to get me in quickly to get it resolved. Cannot recommend enough.
