We contacted Wessex Electrical Services at short notice as we needed to have a larger fuse fitted to facilitate the installation of a new electric oven. We have used First Glass Roofs a number of times over the past 3 years.. first of all the service we have always received has been brilliant and so professional! Their technical knowledge from design to manufacture is second to none. Our most recent purchase was 3 electric opening rooflights - as they were bespoke sizes we needed all their expertise on ensuring we ordered the correct type and style that suited our client. They were then manufactured, delivered and fitted without a single issue = Happy Client!! Thanks Guys!

I work with a lot of suppliers and have genuinely found First Glass Roofs the best. Their products are good quality and we’ve never had an issue with any - I must have bought about 500 units from them and they are exactly as expected every time. The team have always been incredibly helpful, responsive and whenever there has been any issue with the processes we established, it’s always been resolved really favourably by Kieran and the team. We get clear invoices, updates of any problems and helpful replies when we need a favour.

I contacted Michelle during the lockdown to decorate my wedding venue. I didn’t really have a “vision” but thankfully she had decorated this venue before and was able to recommend me what she could do to make the venue even more exceptional. Michelle is one incredible lady. She dressed our wedding venue with the most gorgeous drapes and hanging Ivy which fitted our themed perfectly, as well as provide a freestanding adjustable frame for a flower wall. Nothing was too much trouble, Michelle is extremely reliable and she is just a lovely lovely human being. She understands it’s a big day for the bride and groom and does everything in her power to make them feel special as well as ensure the decor is exactly how they want it. I 100% recommend to family and friends. Thank you for making it a seamless process throughout!

Michelle was absolutely incredible from start to finish, she knew exactly what our vision for the hall was and her drapery was stunning. It totally transformed the venue and left people speechless! New to the area and was looking for a vet. I chose Hampshire Vet because they are not part of a group, they have their own 24 hour care which is most important as they will know your pet. My 15 year old dog was diagnosed with a mass on his spleen and had to have the spleen removed. I cannot thank the staff enough for their excellent care prior, during and after the operation. Hopefully I will have him for a few more years. I thoroughly recommend this veterinary practice.

Such a brilliant vets. I’ve moved here from another reputable vets in Basingstoke, and the service is like night and day! Absolutely everyone makes such a fuss, my new puppy loves going to the vets. They care, ask and give brilliant advice. Love them, highly recommend. I’m also on their monthly package which is great value for money!

I visited yesterday with Reggie my Cocker Spaniel because he has been head shaking and scratching for too long. We were seen by Jamie (I asked to see him when I made my appointment ) he explained exactly what he thought was bothering Reggie and put him on steroids which we hope will work and make Reggie more comfortable. Jamie takes time to talk with me and I am very impressed with the treatment.

Laura was amazing, she made my hair look better than it has done for over a decade! Laura is so friendly and chatty, informing me on every step she took with my hair also gave great tips on how to style it, going forward! She really is amazing at her job and a complete professional, honestly cannot advise anyone enough on having their hair done by Laura! 10/10, will be having all my hair cuts done with her from now on!

I was really nervous to have hair extensions even though I wanted them. I met laura and she totally put me at ease, always there to answer my questions and the colour match to my hair is amazing. Laura also colours my hair blonde and my hair has never been healthier and the colour is amazing. I would highly recommend laura and I wouldn’t go anywhere else ❤️

I highly recommend this company. Unfortunately for us we have a very old house where wasp nests love to live with us. Not alone did he take time to show where the wasp nests are , their size but explains what product is been used and how it will affect the wasps and what we have to do and look out for over the next few days. He was professional and kept his distance at all times, very respectful and excellent value for money. Due to weather conditions he had to cancel Saturday but came out on Sunday, what a fantastic service. Keep up the excellent work.

Fantastic service. Grant came right on time the day after my phone call. He was friendly and knowledgeable and set traps immediately. He caught our mole in one day and then came back to check we did not get anymore. Very happy customer!

Grant is an absolute superstar. For over two years I have had to battle rats in abundance in my attic and walls. The house is a 17th century cottage and near to two duck ponds. For over 50 years the rats have made the attics their home. Grant doesn’t just come and repeatedly put poison down- he finds where the rats are getting in. He worked with me and my adjoining neighbour and gave such great advice on where the holes were and how to fill them. He understands these highly intelligent creatures and after two years of utter hell I have been able to finally have some peace and quiet from the dreadful invaders. And this is all thanks to Grant! An absolute godsend and gentleman. I would not recommend anyone else for help with pests but him! You won’t regret it. And what he charges for his time is beyond reasonable!
