I had a problem with my toilet in that the flush button on my cistern was no longer working and therefore the water continued to flow and I had no way of stopping it. The Sani Solutions service engineer quickly identified the problem and fitted a new flush valve and the job was completed in no time at all. I would certainly recommend Sani Solutions to other customers.

Ben from SanifSolutions was brilliant. With the problem I had when I was at home alone he was calming and patient talking to me on the phone giving me instructions what to do before he arrived. He was efficient, polite and understanding. The cistern was replaced and I can thoroughly recommend this company. The office member of staff was very efficient.

We had a problem with our saniflow - Vic came out and fixed the problem quickly and efficiently. He was very good at his job and talked things through with us and answered all of our questions. We called out Lenny late on Monday evening as we had a leaking thermostatic valve on one of our radiators. He was at our house within 40 minutes and did an excellent job of replacing the valve (which included draining our central heating system and refilling etc). The work was carried out in a professional, tidy manner and Lenny did not leave until he was sure the leak had stopped. We are very happy with the work carried out.

We cannot thank Paul and Sam enough for their fantastic service. They came out to us on the same day to determine the issue and sorted it a few days later, bearing in mind we had 2 bank hols in that time. We had a new boiler fitted and the work was done efficiently, tidily and at a very reasonable price. Would definitely recommend. Thanks.

Gas Boiler failed just before Christmas, EPH were recommended to us by a friend of my daughters. To say they were amazing is an understatement, Paul and Sam replied to our email and text message very promptly and arranged a visit at the busiest time of year. Paul diagnosed the boiler fault within five minutes of arriving, ordered the required part immediately and returned to fit it as soon as parts arrived at the suppliers, two days later. We are so grateful as it was bitter cold and the house had no heating or hot water, everything now working perfectly. Thank you Paul and Sam for the most professional and responsive service, you are stars.

Feb 2025 update I'm pleased to say nothing has changed, still a brilliant pub. My only comment is I don't like cinnamon and they are, by the smell, still making mulled drinks. I couldn't sit in the bar but that's okay they still do table service! I love the Cocky, the only pub in Romsey with table service whether inside or out. They don't serve food but they do sell crisps, lots of good beers, wine, cider etc. I love the Prosecco mini bottles, in the summer with a strawberry in! Lovely garden with plenty of seats, cosy inside, small little area out the front. The entire front window opens and you can get a real sense of being outside in the summer. Great staff who are welcoming and friendly. All in all a great pub.

History…. The decor in this place is awesome. True to everything about the place. Gray place to drink beer. Try the local stuff. When the weather is good , sit in the back and enjoy being outside in the garden.

What a hidden gem! I don’t often leave reviews, but this place truly deserves recognition. We visited Romsey for the first time yesterday and, by chance, stumbled upon the Cork & Bean. We stopped for a drink, and the attention to detail and wine knowledge was outstanding. It impressed us so much that we decided to return for dinner—and I’m so glad we did! From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel incredibly welcome, and we thoroughly enjoyed our time there. We opted for the cheese and charcuterie sharing board for two, and it was absolutely delicious—truly a standout experience. It’s a real shame we live an hour away because this place has quickly become my new favourite venue. Whether you’re after coffee and cake, wine, or pizza, the atmosphere and overall vibe had us buzzing with excitement. We’ll definitely be back, most likely with the kids in tow next time, but the passion and love behind this little haven really stood out. Well done to everyone at Cork & Bean, and thank you for making our child-free night away so memorable!

An incredible place - the best cheese scones since cheese scones were invented, and a host of other tasty things to have with a good coffee! Customer service goes beyond great… if you sit outside in the cold there are infra red heaters, hot water bottles and blankets to keep you toasty. Inside is great too. Even the toilet has piped tropical birdsong and a nice aroma. How’s that for attention to detail? I enjoyed a long and enthusiastic conversation with the chef/owner about his exciting plans to trial Sunday roasts. A richly deserving recipient of my “Go there at once” award :-)

The owners were so lovely and entertaining and their team are all warm and friendly. I think the hands on approach by the owners maintains a consistent high standard of service. It's their baby and they are rightly proud of it. The food is excellent ( for vegans and vegetarians too.) It's a buzzing atmosphere- not a "quiet coffee" kind of place. I recommend booking because everyone is discovering this place now and it's generally busy. The coffee is also excellent too. They allow well behaved dogs and even have a dedicated menu of dog treats. The outside areas are well sheltered with heating so lovely all year round. Pricing is really sensible for good quality food and drinks.

Lovely venue with wide range of brunch dishes. The sourdough, smashed avocado & poached eggs was generous. But egg whites & yokes were not cooked as whites slimey near yokes. I didn't complain but would if happens again. Deserve a 2nd visit as very busy so could of been a one of. My friend had eggs benedict & were OK.

HeatWave fitted underfloor heating in an old house. Jack, Bruce and Callum were extremely efficient, knowledgeable, friendly and helpful throughout. They did a neat and professional job and always tidied up as they worked. The result is even better than expected. I will certainly use the company again in the future if need be and would not hesitate to recommend them for all kinds of heating work.

This place is beautifully styled, and the food was lovely. The atmosphere was fresh, bright, and relaxed. Even the restrooms were spotless and well-designed. The service was amazing and very friendly. The food tasted lovely, my only issue was I think the veg portion was quite a bit smaller than other local places for roasts, only one of my potato’s were crispy, and not much gravy is served- although you can ask for more for the table. But, that’s my only negative! The sticky toffee pudding was also delicious.

Our first visit was a delight! Just stumbled on the Rockingham as a half way point to meet friends and we had a great time. We stopped for some lunch after a long dog walk. We were happy to see it was dog friendly & they were serving food all day on a Saturday. We ordered a burger & a lasagne. They were very good. Home made. Good portions. Very tasty. Quick service. Polite staff.

Visited for food while staying in the area with family. The staff were very friendly and helpful. There were 10 of us in total and they were able to accommodate us all comfortably without us being crammed in. The food was very good, with great portion sizes. There were a few requests for adjustments to the menu and the kitchen got our order completely right. A friendly atmosphere, dog friendly, and I will definitely visit again.

Absolutely best service, food, and value in the area. I can't recommend the Mill Arms enough, whether you are looking for a quick lunch, a special dinner, or a group event. Food is always first for me and I love the varied menu that has plenty of vegetarian options. Service is always with a smile and it's nice to be in a family-run establishment.

Went Southampton to visit relatives & they brought us to this French restaurant in Romsey (about 20 mins drive from Southampton) for lunch. Love the wine! The red wine tasted so fine & smooth 😋 and the food too are very well prepared :-) The dessert is a bit sweet though… We went on a Friday afternoon, & it was not crowded so really had a good time there :-)

Probably the best dining experience in Romsey. Authentic menu, the chef and staff are mostly French, including the owners. I’d recommend the fillet steak, it’s giant and cooked perfectly. Don’t be afraid of the snails, they taste great and you wouldn’t know what they are. No frogs legs unfortunately. The starter and salads are larger servings than you would expect. At the end of your meal ask for the espresso martini with your pudding, you won’t be disappointed. Free parking in private rear courtyard, (spaces are limited), but lots of other paid parking just outside the rear gates.
