Went into the cafe for a takeaway breakfast this morning with my boyfriend. The food and coffee was delicious! And the women in there was so so lovely , asked us about our day and plans , couldn’t have asked for better food or service . Good prices too !

Lovely place to go and eat. The staff are helpful and have good manners. Open till 3pm on Saturday and Sunday. Food is always bang on. Many would moan that it is isn’t butchers quality. However for me that’s what I expect on a breakfast. Sausages are bang on. Bacon is nicely cooked. The big breakfast is well worth its money. Some call it expensive. I think it’s value for money and clean inside and lovely staff. All worth every penny spent.

I ordered pasta and it was very nice. My husband had the chicken burger from the kid’s menu cause he wasn’t that hungry and he didn’t expect it would come in a big portion. Also, it was the best chicken burger he has ever had in Rochdale. I took a bite and I agreed. It was very well seasoned. Very decent price as well.

I recently visited Cafe Aylanto and had the pizza and pasta—both were excellent! The dishes had a true Italian touch, with fresh ingredients and great flavors. I used to go to Tinks which was my go to place and was a couple of blocks away but unfortunately has been shut down whereas brunch I’ve past it many times and been debating whether to try it and today I decided to give it a shot and you know what I’m glad I did because it was the best decision I ever made I ordered the largest brekky it was absolutely delicious, fresh, piping hot and a quick service, honestly you cannot go wrong with this place!!! First visited this place back in 2011, it's changed quite a bit since they now have a beautiful garden as well as a farm. Definitely a good place to go to relax and socialise with like minded people and not get judged for being different. All the staff that work here are very friendly too.

Doing the East Lancs railway and came across this Loved this little independent tea room. Had a great capachino, I love a hot capachino and this was hot. My wife had a scone and I asked them to warm it for15 secs which they did and then brought out a nice lot of butter and tons of cream, we don't do jam but was asked. It was so reasonable that I made the difference up in a tip to what I would have paid in a Costa/Starbucks a few pounds difference . Well worth a visit for a brew :) p. s they had a great looking food menu at extremely good prices if I get the opportunity I'm going back :)

We met up with some friends at West Ivy. It was our first visit and we came on someone's recommendation. The Ivy is good to look at both outside and inside. Outside there is a nice garden with light and heaters if it's a little cool. Inside a modern feel to the decor give a nice ambience. We were shown to our table, given the menu and asked if we wanted drinks which we ordered. A few mins later our drinks arrived. Served with a nice smile and a good discussion about the menu. We made our choices and sat back with our drinks and chatted . The food came quickly and looked and smelled delicious. I have the BBQ chicken flatbread pizza. This was the best Pizza I've ever had. Super tasty, sticky and a great BBQ taste. Everyone said their meals were really great and would come back again. So I highly recommend West Ivy. Good atmosphere Good staff and a great menu.

Visited for food on a Friday night whilst staying at The Village Hotel. We both had fish and chips. The food was piping hot and so nice. Came here for evening tea with my Fiance and my little 4 year old child. Was served at the bar by a polite bar man called Tom he was well mannered and very polite. I had a carvery my partner tried one of there burger meals and our 4 year old child enjoyed her chicken piecemeal. We later enquired about booking for Christmas dinner later this year as we hear one of the chefs recommend Christmas lunch to another costomer and that they had already began taking orders this year. So we was greeted by the on duty manager called Ash who explained everything to us so why we was there we decided to book there and then for Christmas 2025 dinner. Can I just say that Tom & Ash are a credit to you establishment and we will be back again soon.

We popped in to while away a rainy half hour with tea and cake. The array of local delicacies was a real delight and the two we tried were beautifully fresh. Friendly clean, comfortable, and with pleasant staff. An added bonus was being able to walk out with a loaf of regular bread made on the premises.

Brilliant traditional Bakery. Great selection of breakfast,breakfast sandwiches and Hot pies also cold salad sandwiches. Lots of traditional cakes to choose from all from a traditional local Baker. Definitely will call in again when passing.

Popped in for lunch. Food was great and came out very fast. Kelly was amazing with great knowledge of the menu and made sure we had everything we needed and that my gluten allergy was relayed to the kitchen team. She is a credit to the company and I just wish more pubs/ restaurants had staff like this that made it easier for me to order and feel confident with my allergy being taken seriously. Will definitely be popping in again with family and friends after today.

I hadn't been in for a few years and thought I'd take the wife for lunch. I must say it didn't disappoint, the food and service was great!!!!! Cheap and cheerfull menu with all the regulars on there. Will definitely be going again.

We had our first visit here and had a great experience. The staff were lovely, the food was delicious and it was a great atmosphere. We will definitely be returning. My partner said it was the nicest mixed grill he has had, which for him is a great compliment lol. I called in Friday tea time on my way to the lakes. It must have been very busy as the selection of sandwiches was very limited. As usual with Costa your always guaranteed a good coffee. The area was very quiet at the time of our visit and we were on our own in the seating area.
