La Tazza Cafe

Rating: 4.3 (528) Price Level:
Visited 19/06/2024, arrived late so not many options from desserts menu to try, out of cheesecake, but understandable as near closing time. The older gentleman behind the counter was very accommodating and helpful along with the younger server, they allowed us to take our time. The apple pie was nice and portion was decent, very filling and tasty. Lovely venue with decent amount of seating, would recommend if near to Paddington/St Mary’s Hospital 👍🏽 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

A very wonderful and clean cafe, with excellent service. The service staff is very kind and tasteful. The food is delicious and tasty, and the prices are very reasonable. I recommend trying it.

7-16-2024 I’ve been a regular at La Tazza for months now, and it has become my go-to spot to kickstart my mornings. Nestled in the heart of Paddington, this charming cafe offers a cozy and inviting atmosphere that makes you feel right at home. The staff here are truly wonderful—always friendly, welcoming, and ready to make your visit special. Whether you’re a regular or a first-timer, they treat you with the same warmth and kindness. The food is consistently delicious, with a variety of options to suit any craving. From hearty breakfasts to light snacks, everything is prepared with care and quality ingredients. I highly recommend their fresh orange juice—it’s the perfect refreshing start to the day. And if you’re in a hurry, their quick bites are just what you need to keep you going. If you find yourself in the area, do yourself a favor and stop by La Tazza. Whether you’re looking for a place to relax with a cup of coffee or grab a quick, tasty meal, this cafe won’t disappoint. Enjoy your next visit! 😊

The food here is stellar! For an area surrounded by pubs and takeaway La Tazza is certainly a hidden gem. The staff are very friendly and the woman working there tonight with the tattoos was amazing. It's because of her that I'm planning to come back again before I leave the UK. She made me feel at home with her warm and bubbly personality. Even munching on her dinner she was happy to help. Definitely stop in here if you're in the area!

Went here with my pregnant girl to have a late English Breakfast because she couldn't eat until the hospital check. The service was quick and the food was excellent. My coffee was great as well. They could use some background music but other than that, great place and fantastic value for money.

Rating: 4.4 (437) Price Level:
Nice cafe in a busy spot! I honestly liked the latte and felt the staff were speedy and nice, it was just the birds and bird poo on the floor that made me a little uncomfortable to sit around and eat. It's spacious so that's nice.

Great service. I had alot heavy bags and they were really helpful in bringing my excellent coffee to the bar sitting area All with smiles and fantastic service Considering that this coffee house is based on Paddington Station, it was excellent value. Alot cheaper than I was expecting. They come highly recommended

Today I needed a coffee ASAP. It was early in the morning, not even 7 am, and because is the first coffee shop as you go in I didn’t hesitate. Everyone has different tastes when it comes to everything correct? From my side I can say it was a good coffee and quite busy morning. The service from the 2 ladies was impressive that I went and asked for their names. I received consent to use their names in this review. Friendly ladies,Mădălina and Jackie were very fast serving, and even if it was busy both manage to serve everyone without any complaints. What can I say, I didn’t thought that my coffee will turn in to a good day at work 😘

Fantastic food! Clean, Fresh and nicely presented. Service was very good! Will definitely be back! Thankyou

Me and my sister were at Paddington Station and looking for a place to eat. We then had a dinner at nearby restaurant named Cleopatra. We ordered 2 dishes (chicken shawarma with rice & pasta bechamel). Surprisingly, the dishes are very delicious, the portion is generous with a reasonable price. Since we were not very familiar with Mediterranean cuisine, we aksed quite a lot and changed our order for several times. But the owner is very kind and friendly that he attended to us patiently. We liked it so much for we came back on our last night of our trip to eat here again! Note: hi Sir, it’s me the asian girl who promised to post a review. Thank you for your meal :)

Delicious food and great service. We ordered a chicken shawarma wrap, a calamari, a hummus shawarma, a falafel, and two hot drinks. All the food was yummy. Portions were fairly generous too. Our bill came up to ~£35 which was reasonable. Service was friendly and good with the server checking in with us, clearing the table promptly, and happy to top up our hot drinks with hot water.

What a beautiful little hidden gem. Beautiful place with an atmosphere making you feel you’ve entered a local little Egyptian restaurant but you’re actually still in London. It’s peaceful with soft Arabic music playing in the background. Perfect noise level. The owner made us feel welcome and served us tonight with his food and manners in a very nice way that made us stay a bit extra. We usually eat and go home. But this gave you such a relaxed mode. Food was really good. No extra unhealthy fats and additives. Juices are as fresh as they will get here in London. At least as far as we have been. Hygiene in the bathrooms was top as well. We will definitely come back if we’re back in the neighbourhoods again.

It’s a good choice of breakfast place. Price is reasonable, staff is friendly, food is fast and delicious. And coffee is good too. The cafe is a bit small so tables are packed closely. So there are many people buying take away too. Toilet is small but clean.

Great British breakfast. Delicious espresso and cappuccino 😃. The Sicilian owners are cordial and full of humour. It is quite busy and it deserves it.

This Italian cafe serves breakfast all day (and is a popular spot for that), but we were there in the afternoon and ordered lasagna and the spaghetti and meatballs. They were both so good and tasty. The lasagna in particular, had the creamiest cheese on it, and deep flavor in the sauce - so delicious! Our server was busy, but delightful. So glad we chose to stop in.

Bondi Green
2 Canalside Walk, Bishop's Bridge Rd, London W2 1DG, UK | Restaurant P: 020 3325 1340
Rating: 4.4 (1258) Price Level:
Excellent food, great atmosphere and amazing service !!! ✨✨ Went on a Saturday with a friend of mine. Was really impressed by the efficiency of the service and the quality of the food. They serve mostly breakfast/brunch items. We ordered: - The Bondi - This is their signature brunch dish with two poached eggs, bacon and sausage - The Shakshouka - It's eggs and tomato sauce. - Banana bread sandwich for dessert. Everything was excellent and we really enjoyed ourselves. We'll definitely be back. I recommend you make a reservation as it can get busy. Although it seemed to die down after 13:00 (on a Saturday).
Rating: 5 / 5
An excellent place for brunch. The modern twist on the Full English was delicious without taking away the traditional concept of the meal. The pancakes were fluffy and tasty. High recommend.
Rating: 5 / 5
Beautiful Find Glad I found this place. Water front by canal a little walk from Little Venice! Great atmosphere and sitting arrangement but there are some seats tucked away behind the counter, ask to be moved if would like to enjoy the venue. Staff were nice and accommodating and resolved an additional item that appeared on the bill quickly. Food rated 4 as everything got to the table cold, had to ask for a hot coffee 😏 I would still recommend it!

I visited Bondi Green on a Friday night with a friend, and we had a great time. The place wasn't too busy, and we were quickly greeted and seated by the hostess. The restaurant has a spacious layout, filled with lush green plants and a very nice decor that creates a fantastic vibe. The tables are well-spaced, and the music is pleasant but not too loud, so you can actually have a conversation. Their drink menu is extensive, with a wide variety of wines and beers. I tried the 2022 Australian Sauvignon Blanc, which was excellent. We shared three dishes: the monkfish skewers, the miso butternut squash, and the aubergine pizza. All were delicious, especially the aubergine pizza—it was my first time trying aubergine on a pizza, and it was surprisingly tasty. The only downside was the service. Our waitress was a bit indifferent, and we didn’t get the friendliest vibe from her. At one point, another waiter tried to clear my friend’s plate before she had finished eating, which felt a bit rushed. Still, we enjoyed the experience overall and would definitely return for the atmosphere and the food.

What a pleasant surprise!!! Food is very esthetically pleasing and tasty. Salads were so fresh and perfect portion size. The drinks were vibrant and a good mix of ingredients. We enjoyed the atmosphere, it was different in a good way. We could have sat there for hours. I highly recommend and will return on my next trip to London.

The whole chain is okay - not WOW not smth I would def recommend but it’s reliable and quick and OKAY Portion sizes are yet again underwhelming

Cute place in a nice location for a stroll after. Not the greatest I’ve had but was nice. Service was a bit slow, portions were small too.

Delicious food, friendly and helpful staff, lovely atmosphere! All in all great experience. We didn’t get to sit outside as the weather was cold & wet but we had fun and will definitely be back. A couple of small points to note - found difficult to cut the bread as their knives are not serrated. Don’t sit near the kitchen unless you want to end up smelling like freshly made brunch!

The Union Paddington
4 Sheldon Square, London W2 6EZ, UK | Bar P: 020 7289 3063
Rating: 4.2 (2059) Price Level:
I would rate 5 for several reasons 1. Food is great. The avocado toast is just perfectly done 2. Warm services, the waitress willing to help to keep a look out for my valuable when I go to restroom. 3. The Camden Town Ale is just wonderful. Also you are dining at a quiet corner which opposite of auditorium where people enjoy their evening and away from the river front. That is just perfect spot for food, location and people. 3:30pm is just nice for the evening. Highly recommended. No doubt
Rating: 5 / 5
The Union Bar is a great choice for those who want to meet for drinks after work. It isn't too crowded or loud, making it a perfect place for having conversations. If you want to can have the staff take your food and drinks order right at the table making this more convenient than the standard pub. The food is also pretty good here as I have had small plates from here quite a few times. I would recommend the Union anytime.
Rating: 5 / 5
Food was amazing, I’ve been to 15 Sunday roasts in London and this one has one of the best price/quality ratios. Will be coming back!
Rating: 5 / 5
There’s set lunch, quite good. The fried chicken is very delicious, but the beef is a bit small, not sure if it’s enough for male. The frites are yummy, can’t stop eating it. Not much people during lunch on Monday, can have a quiet meal there. Inside is very spacious, tidy and clean, staff are nice too. Good to dine there with getting a view on the canal.

Recently moved to this dental practice with my 3 children. The receptionists were super helpful and Dr Filippa has been highly professional, warm and welcoming. We’ve had treatment after our initial appointments and Dr Filippa has been amazing with my children and I’m really impressed by the level of service and care we’ve received. So glad I’ve found a dentist I can trust and feel comfortable with. Thank you

I recently visited Dr. Sheri Naghibi for fillings on two teeth, and I cannot speak highly enough of her incredible professionalism and care. From the moment I stepped into her office, she made me feel completely at ease with her kind and approachable demeanor. She took the time to explain every step of the procedure in detail, ensuring I was comfortable and informed throughout. Her expertise truly shines through in her work—both fillings were done flawlessly, and I am beyond pleased with the results. Awesome spot, highly recommend- especially on a nice summer or fall day! Probably one of our favorite meals in London, plus the ambiance is just adorable. Food was excellent and tasted very healthy. Lots of unique options. They just have beer and wine - and coffee (no hard liquor). This was also one of our favorite areas in London. Loved being on the water.
Rating: 5 / 5
10/10 on every aspect of this place. It is adorable, the atmosphere is sweet, the service is outstanding, & the food is delicious. I can recommend the chai latte, the banana bread sandwich, & the fancy bacon roll.
Rating: 4 / 5
Pleasantly surprised! We booked for bottomless brunch, they were great at keeping us topped up. Food was good, liked the options they had with the brunch. Big portion sizes too, a lot of us didn’t manage to finish out dessert! Only annoying thing was the toilets weren’t working so we had to go to the other restaurant on the other side of the canal. Overall I recommend!

The food is good the place is nice but the staff is unwelcoming. The first time I thought maybe this guy is tired or something but no, even the second time it was the same thing. I feel sorry for them, with this kind of staff the good food wont help.

OMG i dont even know where to begin! The food was delicious!, The staff were funny and friendly, The mood was perfect! 10/10 Definitely recommend!!⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I got my own parmesan bowl for my pasta and then I was sold. But the kids say the pizza is very good and the rest of the food was amazing!
Rating: 5 / 5
The staff were incredibly kind and made me feel genuinely cared for. The meal was a delightful experience, starting with a prosciutto pizza—though I can’t recall its name, the taste was unforgettable. The crust was soft, and the cheese paired perfectly with the toppings, creating a delicious harmony of flavors. The pasta I had was a tomato and shrimp dish—again, the name slips my mind, but the rich seafood flavor was beautifully intertwined with the pasta, offering a deep and satisfying taste that lingered pleasantly.
Rating: 5 / 5
The staff was so nice and funny, pizza was very good, beautiful restaurant and the prizes are absolutely fair! I can‘t complain about anything. Do yourself a favour and enjoy your meal here.
