We had We Heat install a new boiler and replace 3 radiators. They did a fantastic job including minimising the disruption while the work was taking place. Very professional and easy to deal with from the initial survey thorough the the work itself. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again in future.

Fantastic company, really brilliant and friendly service . All staff I dealt with went to extra trouble to solve my boiler and hot water tank issues promptly, in one case staying until eight pm to finish the job. Every time I have used them, work and repairs have been scheduled quickly, despite the extra distance they had to travel, and regular updates provided so we didn’t need to wait home all day. I can’t recommend them highly enough, and the bills I have received have been extremely reasonable. Thank you to all the team!

Jack came and quoted for installing new boiler and gave me confidence in knowing his stuff straight away about different boiler models and changing shower pump. Had a very ‘can do’ attitude and kept me informed throughout the installation and checked what I wanted if there were options. Very professional and good to have in the house. Now in December I wanted to add that now I’m using the heating, I’m very happy with how it’s running and the thermostat and timer is great.

Extremely happy with the service received. Was given advice over the phone on how to temporarily, but safely, restore heating to our home before Jack from Progas had availability to visit in person. Following an investigation by Jack, the problem was permanently resolved along with advice on how to improve the heating in our home. Due to the professional and honest advice given by Jack, I immediately booked him in to carry out his recommendations. The quality of his work was exceptional and within the price quoted. All work was carried out within the given timescales and cleanly with no mess. I will continue to use Jack from Progas for all gas related works in our property and I am more than happy to recommend him to others.

I came across Jack who was prompt getting back to me as we had a urgent problem with our boiler and I can’t express how great Jack was he went above and beyond to help with the repair of our boiler and managed to do our boiler service within 3 days with a few hour notice as we needed it done before we could exchange to move. Jack was sympathetic towards me as I was very very stressed and he went out of his way to actually help me. Highly recommend him!

I cannot recommend Chris at Entrust enough. His knowledge is A1. His ideas and designs have the perfect balance to meet practical as well as aesthetic requirements. He is a very friendly and personable chap. He is very aware he is working in your home and we felt very comfortable leaving him to work independently and trusted him with keys to our property. His work standard is A1 as is his efficiency. His pricing matched his quotes and he went above and beyond in every way to make sure we were 100% happy with every aspect of his work. Highly recommend F.B Electrical! Definitely be using them again. Thank you Finn. Update: We had our kitchen ripped out last Monday and I needed an electrian Tuesday before plastering on Wednesday. I phoned Finn as he has done previous work for us to see if he can come over, he was able to move his other jobs around to help and was here for half a day sorting the problems that needed doing, my kitchen has been fitted and he moved my one and only isolation switch I had for my oven and hob in one of my cupboards instead of it on show like it was. (See picture) He gave me an isolation switch for my oven, hob and fridge in one of my very small cupboards, and I now have two sockets where the old isolation switch was, We had an very old extension lead for the extractor fan lying on top of the kitchen wall cupboards which wasn't ideal, he put a nice socket in my extractor fan cupboard too. He also fitted a bathroom light, hall light and bedroom light aswell as updating my wall sockets in the kitchen, bedroom and lounge. I'm sure Finn did alot more that I haven't mentioned. Also instead of putting wires for my hob out side on show, he managed to feed them under the floorboards where there wasn't any tiles into the fuse box. Highly recommend, Great work and very tidy. Thanks again Finn, we really appreciate your hard work especially in 29° heat! ☀️

A very clean and professional environment. The first points of contact, the receptionists were very polite and efficient. When we met Alba (surgeon) and her assistant, I was super impressed by how polite and thorough they were. I feel more than reassured that she will carry out the surgery on my hound to a high standard. I will report back after this is done shortly. The practice has plenty of parking, along with a number of disabled bays. The appearance of the practice is maintained to a high standard. Recently took my cat here after a referral from my vet. My cat looked ok and was eating and my vet picked up an irregular heartbeat.The day I took him I was not expecting to be told he either needs putting to sleep that day or a procedure to help him as it was worse than we thought. We chose the procedure. Alice the Specialist was lovely and talked me through everything throughout the whole process and other members of staff I saw were also friendly and helpful. I now have my precious boy back thanks to Alice and her team so can't thank them enough for giving me more time with my little boy.

My gorgeous baby Luna had BOAS surgery and she was spayed in the same day; Dr Diogo it’s a brilliant vet! He and the team took care of her soo well! Caroline gave me all the support and she made sure Luna received all the attention there! On the 3rd day Luna was back to normal despite she had all these procedures done in few hours! Thank you for taking care of my baby!
