Thank you Tom at We Heat South! My phone call was answered..a speedy call out arranged for the following morning and Tom arrived on time! Professional, approachable and understanding. Did a brilliant job fixing my external boiler. Office staff also super friendly and efficient. A brilliant service all round and super happy I now have a plumber who I can trust and rely on as I have more jobs on the list! A big relief for a single mum, new to the area. Top 5☆ service.

Fantastic company, really brilliant and friendly service . All staff I dealt with went to extra trouble to solve my boiler and hot water tank issues promptly, in one case staying until eight pm to finish the job. Every time I have used them, work and repairs have been scheduled quickly, despite the extra distance they had to travel, and regular updates provided so we didn’t need to wait home all day. I can’t recommend them highly enough, and the bills I have received have been extremely reasonable. Thank you to all the team!

We had We Heat install a new boiler and replace 3 radiators. They did a fantastic job including minimising the disruption while the work was taking place. Very professional and easy to deal with from the initial survey thorough the the work itself. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again in future.

Had to call Dan as we suddenly had no water and the plumber we normally use wasn’t available. He called back almost immediately then came round, investigated and sorted the problem really quickly. He’s a really friendly guy and explained what he was doing as he did it so we knew what was happening. Very grateful to him and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him again!!

I phoned Dan on a Saturday when I had a water leak. Due to other commitments he couldn't visit, but he took the time time to talk me through how to fix myself. When I had a separate problem with the loo, he was the first person I called. He came around the same day and did an excellent job. Top bloke!

Went in today with my beloved doggy; Roanne couldn't have been kinder, more attentive and thorough. So grateful we have Janine and Roanne on our doorstep - they are both wonderful vets, highly skilled and empathic. I normally hate leaving my doggies at the vets but when the other one was ill last year I was relieved to have Janine there to support us and feel 100% confident leaving my dogs at this practice. Can't recommend them enough!

Having gone without hot water and heating for 48 hours thanks to a sprouting hot water cylinder, I contacted Julian who booked me in at short notice, and replaced the tank and ancilliary pipe work. Whilst on holiday my two dogs managed to sneak two pain au raisins from my daughter’s bag! The practice at Wareham agreed to see them immediately and the vet, nurses and receptionist were exceptional. All extremely friendly, helpful and lovely with both my dogs. (They even found a band to tie back my bassets ears whilst she vomited)! Really impressed with this veterinary surgery and many thanks once again for all your help. Ps the dogs both managed lunch on the beach and the trip back to London in good spirits despite this start to the day.

We have always been very happy with the care given to our cats by Selena, Emily and now Duncan and all the nurses and staff. However, the care has been exceptional at times.. including operations for Basil by Emily and Selena. Most recently we had to make the difficult decision to let Rosie be put to sleep at Wareham… Duncan could not have been kinder, patiently and professionally explaining, thereby helping us to make an informed & right choice. Lynwood Vets in Wareham is an exceptional veterinary practice. Debbie at reception is amazing. She's always so helpful, patient with immense kindness and understanding. She goes way & beyond to he helpful in every way. All the vets there have ALWAYS taken great care to treat & look my pet. Duncan who has treated my pet is just phenomenal. He has always treated my pet with kindness & really cares about her welfare. Everytime we see him, he does everything to make sure that my pet is well. He goes out of his way & tries to do all that he can to make sure she has the utmost treatment & care. I hope he never retires as he is the BEST vet I've ever seen.

Very happy with the standard of work Chris carried out. We had a new fuse box put in, sockets installed and a fault with our shower isolator remedied; all done efficiently and very neatly. I cannot recommend Chris at Entrust enough. His knowledge is A1. His ideas and designs have the perfect balance to meet practical as well as aesthetic requirements. He is a very friendly and personable chap. He is very aware he is working in your home and we felt very comfortable leaving him to work independently and trusted him with keys to our property. His work standard is A1 as is his efficiency. His pricing matched his quotes and he went above and beyond in every way to make sure we were 100% happy with every aspect of his work. He was very tidy, always using dust sheets and vacuuming up after every visit. You wouldn't have known he'd even been here. We will never use anyone else. Do use Chris, you won't be disappointed.

Vincent has been my Electrician of choice since I became a Landlord, helping get my properties up to NIRC. The best vets around! All members of the team have been so kind and helpful. I've called the nurses for advice and they've listened and been so informative, the vets never make us feel rushed and were so patient with us when I first brought my rescue dog to them. The receptionists are lovely too - giving me plenty of reassurance when I was worried about my dog having to go inside by himself during Covid restrictions

A wonderful clinic. My golden retriever was unwell but the reasons were not obvious. Gila took a complete history and examined him thoroughly. Her manner was gentle and reassuring and my dog relaxed as if with an old friend. At this clinic you'll find a group of very special people who care about animals and make the decisions that are best for them. Thank you Gila and thank you Friars Moor. (The staff are also very kind on the phone and go out of their way to help.)

Unfortunately our hamster had to get put to sleep. Rian was so lovely about it and my 9 year old son received a card and some seeds to sprinkle on where Bubbles was buried. Such a thoughtful thing to do. They have also always been amazing with our dog he seems to now be bionic !!
