We spent a long time looking at companys who gave wedding marque services, at least 10 or so. I clicked and landed on the home page of their website and almost immediately felt a good feeling about what they could do for our wedding, owing to the country and rustic feel that they could offer through their designs and capabilities. We also noted that they were local in our county of Lincolnshire so we had to invite them out for a chat. We booked and never looked back. The level of service, attention to detail and design and personal touches that both Charlie and Lexi gave us was amazing. A lovely company and team, we could not have asked for anymore. Although we only had a very small wedding doo in our country garden, they went above and beyond in all areas. Very professional and for a very reasonable cost also. Lexi and Charlie was amazing throughout the whole planning and hiring of their marquee for our wedding! They were super chilled and helped us with whatever we needed and was happy to accommodate us with any changes we wanted! The setting up was done in good time so we were not rushing setting up for the wedding. The marquee was beautiful and such a high quality the place looked amazing!!! would highly recommend anybody who is looking for a wedding marquee to book with these two as they are amazing!!! Contacted Charles and Lexi regarding a marquee for a 60th birthday party we were having at home. They firstly came to see us for a informal chat about what we wanted and how we wanted it to look. They had some brilliant ideas to help us. Once we confirmed a price, we booked a date around a 2 weeks before, to discuss and draw out a plan. Set up was very professional and efficient and made sure we had everything ready. As we were local Lexi came by to light the lanterns and candles. Packdown was also efficient . Thankyou for such a good service. Efficient, friendly and great attention to detail. Made the party one to remember. Very impressive and will definitely recommend and use again.

Hosting 130 people in a marquee isn't something you do very often so it can be quite overwhelming knowing where to start. But as soon as we spoke to Lexi and Charles we knew we were in safe hands. They are an absolutely fabulous company to deal with, Lexi's communication was brilliant, responding quickly and thoroughly to correspondences via phone, email and WhatsApp as appropriate. This was very reassuring and gave us absolute faith in them as a company. When the time came to erect our marquee, Lexi, Charles and their team worked very carefully with great respect for our property. The marquee itself was absolutely beautiful. Charles's handcrafted tables, floor and bar elevated it even more. Lexi's advice on lighting and decoration was invaluable. We cannot imagine being able to create such a beautiful space for our wedding wedding without Thoughtfully Outdoors.
