In less than 24 hours they were on the roof of my house despite it being a weekend in mid- winter. After a thorough inspection and removal of some ridge tiles, the issue was swiftly discovered and resolved. Communication was excellent about the issue and the fix, with the charge for the service being extremely good considering the weekend callout and swift response.
