I got in touch on the Monday, was quoted for replacing tiles & gutter, all work was done by the Friday. Excellent service, kept me informed, easy to deal with :)

I am enormously grateful to Keith Colin’s for the precise details of what needed to be done on the roof of our bungalow. The contract was equally precise. I also appreciate the way Keith kept in touch: he really is a world-class texter. However, the stamina of his team during very cold December weather left me full of admiration for them and their work. Apologies for sounding effusive, but this was work that we were desperate to have done. And I am very grateful for it being completed so “brilliantly”. Call me mad, but, one month on from the completion of the work, I occasionally stand in front of the bungalow to admire the roof, with a picture in my mind of how things were before the work was done. Came round to look at the work we needed doing, removal of 2 redundant chimneys, received quote that evening which was a very good price. The work was carried out quickly and professionally 2 days later. Brilliant job would recommend

A survey had been done on my property which revealed repairs were needed to the garage roof and misc other bits. I contacted K G Collins who arranged to come round and give me a quote. Keith arrived as promised and we discussed the survey. He was so nice to talk to and he explained everything. He checked the roof and tiles and said he would send a written quote. It arrived via email the same afternoon. The quote was very fair. I found Keith to be honest in that he said I didn't need a complete roof as the timbers were fine it just needed re- felting. I would definitely recommend this firm and will use them again when required

Excellent service from start to finish. Came and viewed job, supplies quote within a few days, even came back to show tile styles/colour and accessories. The lads who did the roof installation were great, just cracked on. Within just under 3 days had a whole new roof, complete with new laths and membrane. Would definitely recommend.
