Excel Tution, has been amazing. The mock exams and the intensive revision course is really worth it all the teachers and staff have been really supportive and have given as much as they can to make sure my daughter reaches her potential. Because of this my daughter has achieved an outstanding score and was offered a place at Wolverhampton Girls High. The staff were very helpful and intelligent and i cannot thank them enough. Homework is set regularly and assessments are completed to ensure children become comfortable with the format of the 11 + ahead of time. Shane, Adam, Mrs Patel (11+ teacher) and Mrs Patel (SATS teacher) have been thoroughly supportive with all aspects of my child's 11+ journey including the application process. Excel Tuition Centre is fantastic the staff and teachers at the centre are extremely supportive and helpful. My daughter was extremely nervous starting her year 10 and wanted extra help with Maths and Science. She was given all the help and support she required including topic materials, exam papers and regular mock tests. She passed with flying colours. Student feedback: Absolutely amazing. These staff are not just ordinary, they are experienced teachers which makes a massive impact on how the tutoring goes. I am saying this from first hand experience as a student who recently attended for some extra 11+ support on a Sunday. I found it helpful being in sessions where you just concentrated on the test questions form the 11+. It helped me to feel more confident about doing a real test. I also had attended the mock exam that was held last year and that was honestly so helpful. It assisted me to feel how it was really going to be like on the real day and helped me feel calmer rather than nervous. Parent feedback: It was easy to access and book the tuition support. I felt great knowing the staff were qualified teachers and were experienced and familiar with the 11 plus requirements. I felt my child was in a supportive environment, she could ask questions on anything she needed support with. It gave us confidence, receiving feedback from the tutors. We excel for 4 sessions and a mock test exam, to assist independent preparation process . I would recommend the 11plus sessions and mock test to anyone who wants to sit a 11plus. I say this as the mock test allows a feel of the real deal. If you appreciate it can be a nerve racking experience for a 10 year old to be sitting in a big exam hall on the actual day . We achieved success in our 11 plus exam and successfully gained a place in a grammar school.
