I visited here for a staff Christmas meal. There was a lovely atmosphere, the staff were very friendly, helpful and welcoming. The food was absolutely delicious. The apple crumble was THE best I've ever tasted; I would score it 10/10 for both flavour and consistency. My salmon was succulent and cooked to perfection. The only reason why I haven't scored 5 stars is because they did not have any form of soya milk available, despite offering a vegan menu. In this day and age, that came as a complete surprise to me. There should be vegan alternative milks available for customers.

Came here tonight (19/12/24) for a meal with friends before Christmas! What a lovely evening we all had! Friendly, attentive staff; lovely food with huge portions, and such a cosy, warm atmosphere to be sat in. I have some allergies and everything was dealt with to cater for my needs. Definitely worth the 5 stars, if not more! See you after Christmas for another meal Tudor Rose!

Good range of beers, food very nice and staff very friendly. Beer garden and nice restaurant. Small car park to side. Very nice menu. Will pop in again when in the area.

Once again we had a lovely meal and excellent experience at the Tudor Rose. We were slightly surprised at how busy the pub became during the early evening that we were there. I'm glad that we had booked a table or we would have been disappointed.
The food was excellently cooked and very well presented. We have decided to become regulars as it has given us an excellent experience everytime we have visited.

Lovely pub, great food. Good variety for vegetarians, some dishes can be made into children's size portions for vegetarians. The warm scotch egg starter is a must!
