The staff where incredible. Naomi and Gaz made the evening for us. It was super busy but they worked hard to make sure we where all taken care off. The food was delicious and served piping hot. Credit to the team as they definitely have ensured we return.
I visited Zizzi in Maidstone East with friends for a birthday celebration, and it turned out to be a delightful experience overall. We had pre-booked a table and arrived around 6 PM. The atmosphere was inviting and aesthetic, perfectly suited for a celebratory evening.
The food was delicious, and everyone in our group enjoyed the dishes we ordered. However, I personally felt that the main course took slightly longer than expected to arrive – about 30 minutes – which tested our patience a bit. Despite this, the staff were friendly and attentive, ensuring we were comfortable throughout our meal.
Zizzi offers a lovely setting for gatherings with friends, blending great food with a warm, pleasant ambiance. While the service timing could improve, it's still a place I would recommend for a relaxed and enjoyable dining experience.
Have the Sticky Pig Pizza! Trust me... It was so good. Best pizza I've had in a long while.
The waiter and waitress were also amazing! Very friendly always smiling and helpful.
Even at 8.30pm on Monday night the lovely waitress was still smiling (sorry I didn't catch her name).
