It's amazing! Hot and cold bubble tea, the flavours are great, they have non-dairy milk options, and the tapioca pearls are really nice (not over or underdone)! The place looks cute inside and the people are friendly and helpful. :)

I've been here around 4 times. The guy is always nice and I went her with friends. We all liked the drinks except for the brown sugar tea but other then that it was amazing. So yummy, definitely go-to for me.

Good location, drinks and service. The people working are friendly and helpful, and very proficient at their job. Drinks price at around £4 to £6 average. They have a loyalty system wherein if you buy a certain amount of drinks, you get one free. I believe it also includes a small discount to drink prices. I've so far tried four drinks: * Matcha: A very pretty-looking drink (aesthetics!) with a taste that isn't too sweet - just slightly on the bitter side, in a good way. * Taro: A drink with a sweet and slightly nutty flavour presented in an appealing purple colour. My favourite so far! * Rose: A curiously pink drink with a rich floral flavour, almost akin to rose-flavoured Turkish delights! Perhaps a bit strong for my liking, but very nice nonetheless and a good recommendation for those looking for an unusual flavour. * Brown Sugar: A pretty drink with a simple, sweet taste. Consisting of brown sugar syrup and full-fat milk (with non-lactose options), it's a good option for anyone looking for a simple drink that isn't overly unique. Super tasty, yummy food cooked by Luca himself who we got to meet in person - as he served us our order. What a nice and friendly guy. We ordered the original and BBQ burgers with cheesy fries - yum, yum yum! Quick and efficient service. Fairly priced too - thank you. We'll be back 😃

We had a great meal at Luca's today. Burgers were tasty and authentic smash burgers, lovely chips and nice side pots of slaw. Slate plates could definitely do with being bigger/different as you couldn't cut on them and spillover ended up on the table but otherwise a great meal. It was a quiet Tuesday afternoon and the atmosphere was fine - music not too loud and other customers playing pool weren't loud. Will defo be back!

We visited Luca's after seeing a post on Facebook. The food tasted amazing, the smash burgers were a good size( did I mention they tasted amazing😁) and house fries were plentiful. They were accompanied by coleslaw and potato salad which were both excellent. The ordering process was very straightforward with lots of options to choose to have your burger just as you'd want it. The price point was very good, not much more costly than the national burger chains but the quality of the food was far better than these. The chef coming out for a quick chat and to check our meal was okay was a nice touch, and he seemed like a genuine, nice guy. We will definitely be returning and I would suggest if you like excellent quality food at a good price, you pay Luca's a visit. You will not be disappointed.

The food we ordered was amazing, we will definitely be returning. Best burger place in Ashford! Just wish they did milkshakes! Burger was delicious , proper tasty. The Chicken strips were tender and juicy, proper chicken, how it should be not like KFC and McDonald’s! Onion rings were nice and crispy not greasy at all. Great quality food from a local business 10/10

Had our first try of Luca's and it is out of this world. The freshness and quality of the food was top notch, me and my partner both thoroughly enjoyed our burgers, both saying how its the best burger we've had in a very long time. The choices we had for loaded fries was overwhelming, in a good way! We opted for the Pulled Chicken and Gravy and the Fried Chicken, they certainly did not disappoint. Paired with the most delicious sauces you just have to try. We would 100% recommend everyone to eat here and will be returning soon! This is a unique eatery that the town was calling out for, high quality, good price and amazing taste. Thanks for the meal, 10/10 all round!

I recently hired Amptech to help with some electrical work and a Zappi EV charger install in my home, and I couldn't be happier with the results. The quality of their work was exceptional, and they ensured that everything was done to code and to my satisfaction. Not only was James punctual and reliable, but his communication throughout the project was top-notch. He kept me informed every step of the way and addressed any concerns I had promptly. This is a little gem and definitely the best Thai food in Canterbury and Ashford. The restaurant was really quiet when I visited and so I can't really say it has an atmosphere, but the decor is nice, modern and tastefully done. I ordered from the lunchtime menu which is great value for money, especially as you get a starter and rice included. All in all a great place and I will definitely be going back in the very near future. I took a ⭐ off the food score because for me, it was a little too salty. Other than that it was lovely.

What a lovely little place! Booked a table with ease most likely not required of a weekday evening which was our experience. Upon arrival greeted and seated with choice there was about half of tables occupied. Drinks menus supplied first and we chose a cocktail and beer each. Delicious cocktails and fast service. Once drinks were taken we were given food menu's and spoilt for choice. Having both been to Thailand and enjoy the variation of food we felt spoilt for choice. We chose two dishes to share one being a curry we opted for the jungle curry and a chicken because you dish with fresh vegetables. We selected a vermicelli noodle dish to accompany this as we saw it on another table being served and were not disappointed with our choices. Food potions are generous and more than enough share. We also chose tom yum soup and sweetcorn fritters which are a favourite of ours. We had no complaints about the food and loved how fresh and tender the meat was in all the dishes. Having limited options for thai and Asian food in Ashford this place is a hidden little gem out of town. It's most certainly worth a visit and we shall be back. The dishes were not overly spicy and I would say are pallet accessible for people who cannot or do not like spicy food. We spoke with the lovely waiters who were just the nicest of people with smiles and lovely communication. It's very clear that they enjoy working there. We asked if on our next visit would it be possible to request our dishes a little more spicy which they said wouldn't be a problem. We both love spicy food on occasion and recall enjoyable experiences from our visits to Thailand. I love pad preaw wan which is a sweet and sour style dish which we didn't get as I wanted to try other dishes. The Tom Yum soup was one of the nicest I've had not too spicy and full of rich flavour it's most certainly not something that's made from a packet obviously but as a traditional soup dish goes it's typically made and served in a big pot. The flavour was really enjoyable. We most certainly over ordered but we did manage to eat almost everything. Having lived in London and being spoilt for choice it's great to start seeing good authentic and great quality restaurants pop up around Ashford now. Parking wise there's a few spots outside and more a short walk away which was free. The toilets were spotless and had accessible facilities including wheelchair and parents facilities. This venue is accessible for wheelchairs and those who may have mobility issues as it's step free including in all areas of the restaurant. Service was fast and all dishes were served with warm plates. The attention to detail wasn't missed the cutlery and service ware was beautiful and very elegant. I don't typically do in-depth reviews but feel this place has given a lot of thought and deserves it. We have also tried their order and delivery service before we decided to visit the restaurant. We enjoyed it and think their dishes travelled well but you cannot beat an in-dining experience. Most certainly worth a date night, celebration or just evening out. Food price wise I would say value for money and not expensive. £10-12 a dish and fish dishes around £14-15 I was impressed with the value.

First time visiting Thai Basil to celebrate my spouse's birthday, and we were pleasantly surprised with the quality of food and service received. We were able to get gluten-free options from the menu, which was a huge relief. The food was tasty and the portions generous. I hope they keep up the standards as this will attract a lot of repeat customers. We will definitely be going back to try some other dishes on the menu that looked interesting.

This has become my favourite hot drink establishment of choice when anywhere near Ashford Train Station. Wholesome Hot Chocolate and Marvellous Mochas for me. Service is very friendly too. Definitely give this place a try if you can.
