We visited with our autistic son and was made very welcome. Despite the fact he doesn’t normally cope in busy environments, care has been taken to position us. The staff were all attentive and helpful. Food was hot and tasty. The staff all sang our son happy birthday and most of the restaurant joined in. Lovely atmosphere and totally made by the staff. The new menu is SO good. The service is great, our waitress Evie was attentive but not invasive. Thoroughly recommend, best meal we’ve had here ever!
We often visit here and the waitress Emma always looks after us. She always remembers us and even remembers our orders and always goes out of her way to make our experience nice.
We visited this harvester on Saturday and booked the breakfast with Santa for our two young boys. The experience was amazing for both the children and us as parents. Santa did an amazing job he stayed in character for the whole duration of our stay at the restaurant. He’s appearance was very realistic to the traditional Santa Claus and he was Very good with communicating with our children and customising their experience. I would 100% recommend booking in this experience at the harvester and specifically the gravesend one as the Santa does such an amazing job.
My children received a Christmas pack by Santa which kept them busy through the meal and received a little chocolate treat to take home afterwards. The Santa’s grotto corner was very well decorated and I thought this made the experience even better.
The service overall was very good. The waitress was quick and good at communicating and directing us where to go for our visit with Santa.
