Frankie is a friendly honest and as helpful a plumber you could hope to meet. Gives all the detail to help you understand what’s needed. They installed a new boiler neatly and very thoughtful and thorough to make sure the guarantee is intact. It’s premium service at a decent price.
Frankie was very professional and helpful when we had an issue with our boiler. His prices are very competitive. He kept us updated throughout the installation of our new boiler and he has great attention to detail. What a fantastic service! We employed Frankie & Joe to install a new boiler in our “new to us” house in Faversham. Rarely will you meet two such polite & caring tradespeople and the standard of work! Amazing!
Frankie apologised about having to place the gas feed pipe outside, then promptly made it a piece of art with brass fittings, then polished the copper pipe!!
