I booked an appointment at the end of July to see Dr Jan Einfeldt as I was suffering from an ongoing abscess which was really painful and needed treatment. Also I was overdue a checkup having moved to the area 18 months previously. Dr Jan was absolutely wonderful as he not only thoroughly checked my teeth, but also x-rayed and scanned them. The result was that the abscess had been draining but the tooth needed attention along with two other teeth up on the same area and next to the problem tooth. He advised that the best long term solution would be to have a cap and a bridge providing that the existing teeth could be saved by being root filled. Obviously that couldn't be guaranteed at this stage but hopefully that would be the preferred outcome. Dr Jan said that if I was happy with his suggestion, which I definitely was, then he would refer me to a specialist dentist who was an expert in root canal treatment. That course of action was taken and my teeth were successfully saved and root canal filled and prepared for Dr Jan to then provide and fit the new bridge and crown. I have done a separate review for Pearl Dental Care and Dr Karim who is based in Sevenoaks and undertook the root canal treatment. I then returned to Dr Jan and again he fully explained the next steps, told me the cost and went on to scan my mouth and to provide all the information required to send to his chosen technician, who would then produce the new bridge. Two weeks later, I returned to have the new bridge fitted and I am absolutely delighted - it is just like having my original teeth back but so much better. The bridge is easy to keep clean and I am thrilled to be able to eat and chew food without discomfort. It has been money very well spent and I would thoroughly recommend Dr Jan and his team to anyone needing to see a dentist. Both he and Dr Karim are absolutely unique and real craftsmen, whilst also being very down to earth and explaining everything very clearly. They are both anxious to help maintain and protect original teeth as far as is possible unlike previous dentists that I have been to who just want to take teeth out and fit implants! My grateful thanks to both these dental practices and these two exceptional men who go above and beyond with their excellent approach and dental care.

I have had a wonderful experience although I nearly gave up in the first week as I’d had a tooth removed and the invisaligners were so sore, BUT I persevered and I am so pleased I did. 56 weeks later I have a new smile and I am so pleased. Also because I was strict with myself as to how long I had them in over a 24 hour period I didn’t need to have any more news aligners. I would highly recommend Staplehurst Dental Practice too, everyone was very helpful and kind.

I am an Invisalign patient nearing the end of my treatment and all I can say is WOW! The whole team are great at this practice... Dr Jan has been incredible and the results I am seeing are nothing short of amazing. Everything was explained thoroughly and in an easy way to understand, you never feel rushed and he is extremely friendly, approachable and gentle. I have also had 2 appointments with Victoria during my Invisalign treatment, the first for hygiene and the second for a filling. Victoria is so friendly (it's like chatting to a friend) and, like Jan, incredibly gentle and amazing at explaining what is happening during the treatment process which really makes all the difference. I have never received such care at any other dental practice.. I have finally found a gem of a dental practice.

I’ve just finished my Invisalign treatment with Dr Einfeldt at Staplehurst Dental Practice and I am so happy with the results! ( pictures below, Whitening still to go tho) From start to finish the whole team at Staplehurst Dental Practice have been fantastic. They have been honest, very friendly and really did made me feel comfortable while I was there. I had finished the initial course but after a consultation they wanted to do a few more tweaks to get my teeth absolutely perfect! It added another 7 more weeks but what a difference! All in all it took only 8 months to get the perfect smile. I had a few Invisalign consultations else where before I started my treatment but Staplehurst dental was by far the best! After seeing Dr Einfeldt, I knew I was in safe hands as I could tell he is a perfectionist. I’m just so glad I went with them! Thank you to you all.

I thoroughly recommend Staplehurst Dental Practice to anyone. Starting with the hygienist appointment (which I have always been afraid to attend due to sensitive teeth). The hygienist totally listened to my concerns and acted accordingly. I will ALWAYS trust the hygienist there and never use another. I then had porcelain veneers fitted on my top four teeth. Again, I was absolutely delighted with the finished product. Throughout my whole experience there I was made to feel comfortable, informed throughout by professional caring individuals. I had my first appointment with Louise Yates at Kent Smile this week. I felt welcome from the moment I stepped into the centre and greeted by the reception team. Louise took her time to listen to everything and make sure she had all the information, as I have a complex dental case. She then proceeded to carryout the most thorough dental exam I have ever had which included xrays. Louise and her dental nurse are absolutely lovely, they answered all my questions and I left feeling knowledgeable and confident about my treatment plan going forward. I decided to get in touch with John at Bees Knees Plumbing after reading many positive reviews. I had been having issues with an unvented heating system and John was very prompt in booking me in to diagnose the issue. John was very professional and his knowledge is evident. Really good service, John is efficient and friendly with excellent subject knowledge and happy to explain all the options available. We have had a new boiler fitted with pipe work as well as a water softening system. John is reliable, arranging times and dates to suit and is happy to undertake both large plumbing jobs such as new boilers and also smaller jobs like replacing broken sink wastes. I contacted Jon after previously using his services with a washing machine waste pipe blockage. I didn't expect things to go the way they did so I'll explain! I sent over photos of my setup and asked for a quote, however, Jon assured me I could make the repair myself with a few parts he linked me to, he sent me several voice messages with instructions and tips so, I got the parts ordered and with my newfound confidence, tackled the job in hand. Despite my reservations, the job went exactly as it should have and, it works! Jon is as honest as they come, he could've taken my money as I'm sure many would have, instead, he empowered me and has as a result won a customer for all future gas or plumbing jobs plus future recommendations. I recently had Bees Knees Plumbing over to sort out some issues in my house, and I couldn’t be more impressed. The customer service was friendly and prompt, arranging an appointment without any fuss. Thank you Jon and Tim for fitting us in so quickly after being let down by so many others. The old owners had absolutely bodged plumbing in the house and covered it up, leaving us with a huge damp problem that has stopped us being able to use quite a large part of our home. Everything was explained to me and I was shown the issues so I felt confident that it would be fixed. Also gave advice on our boiler etc. They are both really down to earth and lovely people too which helps! Thank you again - I’ll always call them if I have issues in the future.

Keith from My Heating is outstanding, he came at very short notice, diagnosed our problem and gave us a very reasonable price. Our hot water problem ended up requiring a new boiler, he was very transparent in his prices and returned to do the work with the electrician on time and made a very tidy job. I will recommend Keith to all my friends and family as he does an excellent job, and it’s nice to find a tradesman you can trust to do the work properly.

Would definitely recommend Keith. Came out the next morning to help! We needed a shock arrestor fitted for the boiler. Very honest and knowledgeable. Doesn't try to to take advantage like some of the numbers I rang on check a trade who wanted nearly double for the work! Very professional, explained what he was doing and very tidy. I asked My Heating to replace my old boiler with a combi one. Keith explained the work involved and provided me with a detailed quote that covered everything discussed. Had an appointment with Dr Fahd Zaheer . He is very professional yet with an old fashione touch , like it used to be . That he knows you personally. Explaining all throughout the appointment & procedures. He tried so hard to get one of my deep rooted rotten tooth out .stopping at point of my pain threshold, injecting multiple times & keep trying to get it out . He had so much patience and advised me to have a local anaesthetic at another specialist dentist ,due to the fact it could be infused to the bone . Had this done & pain free now thanks to mr Zaheer .

Due to unlucky experiences I hadn’t visited a dentist for some time. After much research, booked appointment with Thorndike. Dental visits no longer a worry as the whole Thorndike team are so lovely and welcoming. After fully discussing my options and being given a concise plan I opted for composite bonding. Am very happy that Able Cable found time to do this job for us. These guys are amazing. The booking is easy. Timely arrival of the professional. Been given a lot of recommendations and safety tips. Received the very clear listed quotation the next day. After ordering the works they came in time and worked hard for 2 days from morning until late in the afternoon. They did everything that was ordered. After they finished when I had questions Roo was very kind and answered my questions, walked with me from room to room and showed and explained what they did and how it all works or how is it all connected and why. I can't fault Able Cable at all. I've used them a couple of times now to add new sockets in the lounge (a double straight to the fuse board & a single socket spliced off existing sockets), centre the lights in the main bedroom and office upstairs, change a tired pendant light to a new LED strip and make a light switch safe to be changed to a chrome switch. I wouldn't look to hire anyone else at this point and I'm looking forward to hiring them again after my holiday to fit an extractor fan, centre some more lights and fit an external light. Cannot recommend these guys enough - very friendly, very efficient, tidied up some complicated wiring & gave me a bit of advice regarding filler for the ceilings and around the new socket.

Had a issue with my electricity this morning. My wife who is wheelchair bound.Able cable electricians Phone them this morning spoke to a very helpful lady. Who talked me through how to reset my fuse board. It worked so up and running again. I know some companies would have changed a call out fee. So I would just like to say thank you to the company and the lady I spoke with.

Wonderful service from Able Cable! Early this year had ring doorbell wired installed. Jason worked out how to join into old doorbell wiring. He took time doing the job carefully and left me with doorbell functioning well and wiring inside house very much neater than it had ever been.
