We visited this lovely little coffee shop today. The staff was amazing and so was the service, coffee and bacon roll were the best. I would definitely recommend this little gem to anyone visiting Tenterden, you won’t be disappointed.

Staff are incredible and food always amazing. Coffee is the best in Tenterden, very smooth and not at all bitter. Lots of choice of cakes and cold drinks too! I never go anywhere else ☕️ Disabled and baby changing toilets, and dog friendly as well

We had a nice, relaxing evening meal. Tables in the restaurant are at a good distance from each other, which makes all the difference. The staff was attentive but not overbearing. The food was delicious and beautifully presented and arrived at just the right intervals. We loved little surprise treats in between courses. Will definitely come back. Big thank you to Chef Graham and his Team.

We dined here after receiving a voucher from a relative. We decided to stay the night as well. Overall the experience was positive. The food was very nice and the accompanying wines were well chosen. I would certainly eat there again. As for the stay, while the room was nice and the facilities plenty, there were significant shortfalls. Firstly there were notable water stains in the plaster around the skirting board and wall behind the towel rail. Secondly the hand towel hook fell out of the socket. Finally the shower had amazing water pressure and would have been great, however the drain must have been blocked as after 60 seconds operation it was overflowing. A pity considering the room was fairly expensive considering the area.

After a very difficult few weeks with family and health we decided to take my mum here for dinner for a treat. It was wonderful food and wonderful service. The bill was rather high is the only thing I would say! Just be prepared. Other than that lovely dining experience. Thank you.

We had our wedding at the beautiful Oak Barn in July this year. From start to finish Deana & Tim were incredibly supportive throughout the entire process. Planning a wedding is such a daunting task, but they were incredible in answering any questions I had and kept us informed throughout the process. The Oak Barn itself is a magical place. I am so pleased that we chose this venue for our wedding day. Everything was perfect, even on one of the hottest days of the year. The barn is absolute perfection and it shows in the love and care that they give the barn. It was the most perfect day and we couldn't thank them enough for making the day so special.

We're so happy we chose The Oak Barn as our wedding venue! We got married here in August 2023. We fell in love with the venue from the first viewing. The setting is stunning, and the barn is modern but still has a rustic feel, which was perfect for us! The cottages on site are also beautiful. The team at The Oak Barn are a wonderful bunch - incredibly helpful and make you feel at ease throughout the whole process. I want to give a special thanks to Chrystelle, who was amazing in the run up to the wedding and on the day. She made sure everything was running smoothly and really kept us calm! It was one of the most magical days of our lives and we couldn't have wished for a more perfect venue.

The barn and surroundings are absolutely beautiful, the fact you can spend the whole weekend there really makes the wedding feel special with plenty of time to set up and relax. It was a real pleasure to visit The Oak Barn again this time to perform for the newlyweds Abbie & Tom, the venue grounds are well kept and a beautiful setting for such a special occasion, the barn is a great space to host the evening party with a raised stage area for the bands to perform on, the staff are there to greet on arrival, friendly and helpful throughout and one of Kent’s finest wedding venues! We had our team offsite at The Oak Barn and it was perfect from start to end - the venue, the suppliers recommended, all the staff! The location! It is a truly gorgeous place. Especially for us Londoners that need some county air!! Deana and Tim are the nicest people to work with ever, the communication before the event and during made everything so easy. I really appreciate how much effort they put in to make the day a success. I’ve had multiple people ask me about the venue after they’ve seen photographs and everyone is already asking if we can go back again next year!! Thank you so so so much, I was blown away by the entire day and so happy with how the event went.

My friend & I popped into this lovely cafe earlier on today...very friendly welcome and great suggestions for the delicious homemade lemonade and feta tarts....food came with a yummy unexpected salad and we munched the lot! Very nice place with kind and helpful ppl working in it. The food and cakes looks very appetising. The cafelatte cake was moist, creamy and soft. I will definitely come back for the chocolate and orange one 😏👌🏼 The coffee has traditional flavours and barista had served it with creamy, steamed milk. Gluten-free and vegan cakes are available also. There is toilet in the premises. Prices looks reasonable considering that operating a shop must be costly nowadays.

Looks clean and tidy. Fresh hot pasty . Turnovers.Homemade. Range of teas. Good coffee. Does not do fried egg but that's due to not having the facilities. Still lots to choose from Quick service . Very polite . Passionate business owners. Not been open very long. One small step down into cafe Some nice space but compact. Couple of the tables would be awkward to sit on because of a pillar and table in walk way . Quite narrow. Wouldnt fit wheelchair through. Could use front of shop has two tables by windows with more room. Toilet available . Small but clean. Nice handwash and kitchen roll for hand washing. One step up to the toilet area. Wouldnt be able to fit a wheelchair. Dogs are welcome. Breakfast looks nice and seen some happy customers Can do cash or card . Gives receipts by email or paper. Sandwich very nice. Well presented. Bacon cooked well. Bread nice and fluffy. . Scrambled egg tasty! Served with salad crispy and nice dressing  also some coleslaw on the side . Reasonable price and Inexpensive compared to most other local cafes Most places your looking at 7.50 a sandwich . Gluten free and vegan options available. Could have a nicer looking menu and a little more appealing advertising out front. Maybe a menu in the window to show what's available and the great prices. Parking isnt available outside but has some off road parking locally and a car park just down the road. Station road. Would definately go back again :)

Very responsive and great service. Electricare came to fix a burned out underfloor heating system installed by another company. They diagnosed the problems and fixed it the same day. Also installed two outside lights for us during the same visit. We would definitely use them again.

We have had various work done by Electricare in our old/complex property including: a new consumer unit, wiring and lighting upgrades, installation of switching for a generator and most recently an ev charger. Electricare are very professional, reliable, neat and very tidy. Great service, great communications & clear advice - highly recommended.

I have employed the services of Electricare for some years now: for general household needs. This included, supplying and fitting an electric car charge point, fitting electric exterior plug in points plus fairy lights and a hanging lamp for a newly installed Gazebo. All the varying jobs have been carried out very efficiently, without fuss, by well presented men always arriving on agreed time. I know the job will be carried out 100% correctly. I can thoroughly recommend this company with confidence. A certificate always follow on completion of job.

We asked Electricare to install a EV charger in a new build property. Other companies had provided solutions which were expensive or unacceptable in terms of cable routing etc. Electricare did an absolutely amazing job of routing and hiding the cabling and were professional, courteous and responsive. I couldn't recommend them highly enough. Outstanding service from start to finish.

Paul and his colleague re-routed the house electric supply to make better use of an external 3 phase smart meter and avoid needing to use two old internal meters which also enabled an overhead supply cable to be removed. Paul had two visits pre work to plan and prepare. All work done professionally and to a high standard over 3 days. He offered to speak to Power Networks and EDF to help me deal with their questions. Hard working, tidy and open communication at all times. I would use them again and I would recommend them to anyone looking for excellent electricians who work to a high standard.

A huge thank you to Matt, Sean, Chris, Lewis and the rest of the team for splitting our kids bedroom, moving lighting and sockets, plastering and certifying the electrics. M&S take great pride in their correspondence, cleanliness and quality of work. Everyone is friendly, approachable and I felt I could trust leaving my house in their hands. Matt kept in touch to check we were happy, along the way, and we never felt anything was too big an issue for him and his team. What can I say, just lovely! Fantastic service, fabulous food. Started with dips which were lovely, continued with linguini prawns and pork stew. This was a first-time visit for us to Kypseli, and it definitely won't be our last! We were a party of nine, celebrating my Mum & Dad's Emerald wedding anniversary. Everything about the experience from the moment I first contacted Kypseli to make the arrangements was perfect. The food was delicious & very authentic, and the atmosphere and attention to detail were second to none. My friend and I went for a meal at Kypseli on Friday evening and it was fantastic, as always. I often eat at Kypseli either in the restaurant or via takeaway and I am always blown away by the quality of the food and Friday evening was no exception. My outside lighting had been faulty for a while and couldn't work out why. Bp electrical arrived, worked out the 2 faulty lights, went and got what I needed, came back ,installed them all within a couple of hours. Clean, courteous and polite

We found this gem of a pub and been back three times in a week and a half! The food is delicious and cooked to perfection. I keep ordering the same thing. Lovely ladies behind the bar . We went to this cafe today with the kids to have afternoon tea and I have to admit it was the best cafe I have been to. Not only do you have the "Lakeview" but the food was great. But what made it exceptional was the staff, my weird they were the loveliest people with the exact right balance of attentiveness such a place needs, not in your face but not leaving you on your own. Fantastic breakfast in the sunshine watching the swans on the water and the fish jumping in the lake. Stunning location with views overlooking the lakes from the outside tables on the veranda. Food is delicious, well presented and all locally sourced, breakfast served until midday. Friendly, welcoming staff and ample parking spaces.
