I have used Relay at 5 different properties - varying roles, from running electrics round the garden for lighting and hot tubs, full re wires and then changing lights and moving sockets and switches. They always turn up when they say they are normally with a Text message reminder sent the day before arrival ,nothing is any hassle ( even if the plans / design change our end ) and all always polite and professional. I never hesitate to pass on their details to friends and family and everyone has the same view! I have dealt with alot of electricians in my time and these guys can do the lot. Also good in ‘urgent’ cases for my tenanted properties - they can always juggle something to get someone back on supply or to fix a fault So I will always recommend Relay to anyone

We have recently carried out a complete renovation of our flat, and Adam and his team at Electrically Sound have been working here for more than two weeks. In that time, they have always been friendly, approachable, and extremely efficient. Adam particularly is quite a rare find; a consummate "problem solver" who really seems to work miracles sometimes, when all had seemed lost! He is also unfailingly polite and cheerful, and he always does what he says he will do. Thoroughly recommended.

Had an emergency call out on a Sunday, no power at all. Adam showed up within half an hour and was done within an hour. He found and fixed the problem quickly, no time wasting, cannot fault the service. Price very good, no rip off. Will definitely use again.

I can not speak more highly of this company and customer service. Everything was conducted with Politeness, Professionalism and Dignity. The electricians name was Adam. He worked with Speed and Professionalism all the while conducting a conversation with us with a Sense of Humour. Darren installed a GIVenergy battery towards the end of July 2024. The installation went smoothly but shortly after it became apparent that there was a problem with theGIVenergy battery. Darren was extremely helpful in liasing with GIVenergy to identify the fault in the battery packs.This led to replacement battery packs from GIV energy which has solved the problems with the system. I can strongly recommend Darren for not only the installation but also the after sales support when it became apparent that the original battery packs supplied by GIVenergy were faulty.

My friend and I came to this place for a quick lunch. We both ordered a bacon and chicken toast and it tastes really good - probably some of the best toasts I’ve ever had in the UK. The breads are perfectly toasted and delicious - definitely a hidden gem. The price is quite reasonable too.

Nice little on the way in Canterbury from Canterbury West station. Very friendly staff and lovely cafe. We had breakfast/brunch and ordered the Rancher and the House Smoked Salmon and Avo with two tea. Very good and different from your normal breakfast offerings. Worth a visit.

I had the best breakfast here since the beginning of my stay in the UK. I rate the whole experience very good. The service was nice and helpful. We didn't wait long after placing the order. The dishes were wonderful - fresh, tasty, pleasing to the eye and palate. Compliments to the chef. Delicious coffee. I will definitely come back here, even though the queue in front of the entrance is not getting shorter 😄 It's really worth it!

Incredible food, lovely staff an overall really comfortable dining experience. Highly recommend for a quick breakfast, brunch or lunch. My companions had their meals prior, but the staff were happy to offer just the sides and a drink without any fuss. Perfectly situated along the way to Canterbury cathedral and surrounding areas.

TT Electrical conducted domestic work for me to a high standard and gave me important safety advice around my current set up. They were able to fit a PIV and cooker extractor fan as well as multiple sockets without any issues. Ty and his colleague were professional and very knowledgeable. No problem was too large for him and I have booked him for further work. Nice guy and great business.

We had a problem with lighting in our downstairs bathroom with the existing fitting tripping the consumer unit. Contacted Jackson Electricals and James was on the case immediately, arriving as he said he would at 9.00am the following morning. Could not have been more impressed with CSPM, doing a job restoring power to my 80yr old Mum's flat. They came at short notice (within an hr or so of getting a call) worked hard, worked late into the evening to get everything resolved, were really good with my Mum and were incredibly reasonable - don't hesitate to use these guys

Dave has been brilliant. We recently moved into a flat and got three quotes for rewiring. Dave was by far the most reasonable and also offered a more comprehensive service than the other electricians. He has been extremely flexible, full of great suggestions, is very safety conscious and has a lovely team.

Dave was recommended to us and turned up on the day he was contacted, he was presented with an awkward task of wiring in two built in ovens with limited space to position the electrical connections. He solved the problem swiftly and competently, completing the task in a relatively short time. Second time we have used this company and its always the same level of service, he came out on new years eve and saved was done in the first hour finding and fixing the issue. I’ve had a solar panel and battery installation for some years but I didn’t have a way of diverting excess power to the immersion heater in my hot water tank. I discussed options with Mark just over a year ago. He recommended an Eddi, which he fitted the following week. With 12 months experience, I can say that this was a very good call. I rarely use any gas at all during the summer now and the system has behaved perfectly. Mark can monitor it remotely, so any problem would show up straight away. I’m thus very confident about the system itself and Mark’s installation of it, which, by the way, took less than a morning and was achieved without any fuss at all.

Just returned from Sunday lunch ! Outstanding We wanted to wait a couple of weeks to smooth out any teething problems, it was definitely worth the wait . The quality of the ingredients was top notch the pork was sourced locally and the lamb cooked perfectly. Draft Guinness is a given friendly bar for pre lunch drinks . The roast was as good as any I’ve eaten this year the potatoes tasted like Christmas Day roasties cooked in goose fat oozing with taste and fluffiness and there take on cauliflower cheese is cheese on leeks , delicious! I never have desert only cheese but the table next to us had an apple cake with walnut ice cream which I have to say I succumbed to easily ! Staff For a pub restaurant that has just opened they were and are exceptional They have clearly been very well trained and I would suggest hand picked , they work as a team and that really benefits the customer Dressed in black engaging and encouraging ( a degree of up sale ) which I actually like and shows they understand the business. The chef also made an appearance which I always think shows confidence in the service !!! . If I had just one small criticism to keep the review genuine the Yorkshire pudding are oversized and ever so slightly Toby Carvery ( not that I’ve ever actually eaten at a Toby Carvery 😂😂😜) We will definitely return soon

The best meal I have had in a long time, what an idyllic location for a Sunday walk and roast. The staff was incredible including our lovely waitress Tallulah, she was very quick and very polite. The chef came out to say hello which was really refreshing. And the food was just soooo good !

Very much living up to its many five star reviews! The food was fabulously tasty and beautifully presented. Tallulah has superb waiting skills, expertly attentive, welcoming and friendly. It’s a small country pub, lovingly restored. I see a recent review complained about The Duck being a very small pub, but I feel its size works to its advantage. Like many other locals, I am relieved that this small and incredibly old pub, set out in the peaceful Pett Bottom valley, has survived all these years when so many others have not! Congratulations to the current chef & owner for breathing new life into it and selecting such a good team to work there. Long may it flourish and prosper. We really liked The Kings Arms in Elham, but having visited The Duck we’d all now say that the food at The Duck is even tastier, which is a tall order! Be sure to book in advance.
