Always amazing food with a great atmosphere. Plenty of parking, outside seating and all dog friendly. Fair price for the quality of food you're getting. 100% recommend this place. Burgers, pizzas, pies and roasts in particular are all great!

We celebrated a birthday dinner here and it was such a lovely experience. The staff were very helpful and friendly.

The only issue we had was trying to find a parking space close by! So I’d recommend sharing cars if possible.

We had the duck, burger, fish & chips and the lamb. All the dishes were full of flavour and were great portion sizes.

The building itself is steeped in history that is really interesting.

Lovely evening meal at The Black Robin. Great menu with specials board. Food was all top quality and we'll presented. Young staff were excellent and are a credit to this place. We booked a week in advance and every table was reserved in the restaurant area. They also have a lovely garden out the back and a car park to the side.

We’re tourists in the area and this was the closest pub for dinner. To be honest I wasn’t expecting too much after seeing the photos of previous reviews for the food, but it was really really good (excuse my photos too lol). The service was first class and so so welcoming and great value for money to boot. AND dog friendly

First time visiting The Black Robin. Lovely welcome and vibe. Excellent service and food was delicious. Sam was incredible keeping a busy bar well tended plus dining tables . Have booked our return for Christmas lunch! Sea bass was delicious and I understand the fish pie plus fish and chips were tasty too.
