Went to meet friends for breakfast. Easy parking. Premises were lovely, clean, welcoming and the staff were friendly and helpful. But the food....oh my days, absolutely delicious! Freshly cooked, well presented, hot and perfect sized portions. We will definitely be visiting again and will recommend to others. Oh and it's dog friendly too! Bonus!

Absolutely go here! We tried Juliet’s first which was so overcrowded and the menu uninspiring, so drove the short distance to Village Kitchen which was soo worth the trip. My partner had the full English which was hearty but not greasy, and I enjoyed some scrummy avo on toast. Lovely tranquil little garden out back to enjoy the sunshine and really quick/friendly service too. Smoothie’s delicious as were the coffees! If we lived closer we’d be back all the time!

An absolute gem of a place. We had the breakfast Burritos (one as a veggie) which were the perfect blend of ingredients, the crispy hash browns adding some bite. We struggled to finish them! Smoothies were gorgeous. So many other excellent breakfast/brunch options from traditional to options you would find in a bistro like avo on toast. Oh, one option has prosecco! They do cocktails too and have a lovely small garden out back. The prices are incredible value. Just go!

After a meter relocation, Eon unbelievably left us without power in the middle of winter. Contacted Jackson Electricals and James was on the case immediately, arriving as he said he would at 9.00am the following morning. Jay is a friendly, old school landlord who knows his craft and has a great range of exceptionally well kept ales and an even longer list of local ciders. My good friend, who lives in Dover, has been telling me for ages what a great little pub this is and I wasn't disappointed when he finally took me there. Lovely welcoming micropub with a selection of three cask ales available. They cater for cider drinkers too but I came just for the beer. The beer is very reasonably priced. At £4 a pint it is cheaper than the two other pubs I visited. I will come again on my next visit to Dover.

One Call Electric installed Sockets in my shed (Man Cave) The work carried out was excellent, the armoured cable from the house to shed was installed along the bottom of the garden fence and barely visible. The sockets in the shed were installed exactly where I asked and the trim round the door was laid brilliantly. Super happy with everything they did. Would totally recommend this company.

A job completed absolutely on time and to order, with all points of it very professionally as well as punctually performed. We were struck by the care taken in the scoping out and, thanks to the clear explanations (and documentation) that we received, would have full confidence in the after-sales service which is available if needed. P.S. Six months after those sentences were posted, a second very satisfying recourse to this company enables us to reaffirm every word. The latest job, like the first one, was thoroughly scoped out and very tidily finished. It was an excellent service all the way from initial reconnaissance to installation, with valuable advice at either end of the process about what might best go where.
