Awesome golf course, challenging with a number of features and a lot of bunkers, but greens were fast and relatively true. One of the best courses in the area. Staff were brilliant too, very helpful and welcoming. Only popped up for a midweek twilight round but will be back.

The East Grinstead Business Association recently held its annual Golf Day on behalf of The Greenaway Foundation at Chartham Park Golf And Country Club. Although the weather did its absolute best to dampen spirits the team at Chartham Park did an absoulte amazing job. Nothing was too much trouble, they change arrangements to accommodate the weather and always on hand to help with everything.

As novice golfer the course was really good and challenging, and although water logged we were able to get round in pretty good time.

We would highly recommend the Chartham Park for its facilities and the team for being so upbeat and accommodating.

The golf course is in great shape, fairways and greens are in first class condition. Unfortunately the bunkers do not match the quality of the rest of the course. Rain on Thursday clearly hadn't helped and many bunkers were full of water and that suggests poor drainage and heavy soil underneath. The sand in the bunkers that had no water was very heavy and there was no depth to it. Moral of the story enjoy a great course in great condition at the moment and stay out of the bunkers.
