I didn't play all that well but was a pleasure to have played it and looking forward to returning and hopefully playing better.â

âWe had originally planned to meet at a pub just down the Road, but it was closed . Another person in the car park recommended the golf club and we weren't disappointed. The menu was limited but sufficient. We were made very welcome by the person serving. The food was freshly prepared and jolly good, the others had a pudding which was also reported to be very good. We will be sure to visit againâ

Ferndown Forest Golf Course & Toptracer Driving Range

âAbsolutely stellar experience at this driving range! I've been a frequent visitor lately, and each time leaves me more impressed than the last. The Toptracer technology is great, enhancing the fun and improving my game with precise feedback. What's even better is the flexibility in paymentâyou pay per basket of balls, so there's no rush to finish. Also, during the week from 8am - 4pm there's no need to book, you only need turn up. Whether it's a post-lunch session or a pre-breakfast swing, this place accommodates perfectly. It has quickly become a top destination for me, and I'll definitely make it a point to swing by whenever I'm in the area. Highly recommend to all golf enthusiasts! Review for yet another breakfast here... I recently had the pleasure of enjoying a Full English Breakfast at The Forest Inn and wowâit was fantastic! As someone who loves a good fry-up, this one truly delivered and set me up perfectly for a great session on the driving range afterward. I went for the Full Dorset Breakfast, priced at ÂŁ12, and it was worth every penny. It came with two New Forest bacon rashers, two butcherâs pork sausages, eggs cooked to perfection, grilled tomatoes, mushrooms, hash browns, Heinz baked beans, and delicious Bakehouse24 sourdough toast. Every element of the dish was cooked beautifully and tasted fresh, from the savoury sausages to the perfectly crisp bacon. To top it all off, I had a lovely latte alongside the breakfast. It was smooth, rich, and complemented the meal perfectlyâjust what I needed to kickstart the day. The portion size was generous, and the quality of the ingredients really stood out. It was the perfect start to the day, filling me up with just the right amount of energy for my golf practice. I highly recommend The Forest Inn if youâre in the area, whether youâre a golfer or not. Their Full Dorset Breakfast is a must-try for anyone who appreciates a hearty and well-executed fry-up.â

âPlayed here during a week long stay in Bournemouth and really glad we did. Very warm welcome from Pro-shop through to bar staff, food very nice and reasonably priced. The course itself was in immaculate condition and an interesting challenge. Whilst only spanning 90 acres it doesn't feel cramped with most holes being tree lined. Would highly recommend playing!â

âLovely golf club, super clubhouse, today the fairways and greens were about as good as you can get at this time of the year, very tight so if you are a bit wayward beware of the trees. I wasn't and paid the penalty. Ouch.â

âGreat course, amazing views, if the wind is up it plays really tough, be prepared to lose a lot of balls. Well worth a visit.â

âLovely course with greens and fairways in great condition. Welcoming staff. Very nice pro shop, bar and restaurant. My only criticism is of the green keeping staff who were cutting areas around the tee boxes who showed little consideration when teeing off. On one hole, the guy with the blower blew grass cuttings into me while I sat in a buggy prior to teeing off. I had bits of grass in my eyes and even into my mouth. I think they should be a little more mindful of the players. Other than that, I very much enjoyed my round in a club that had a friendly atmosphere. Great variety of holes, many with beautiful views. Very happy to play there again.â
