âLovely challenging golf course.Well kept and honest greens.I understand it will be closing August 2025 which is a huge disappointment. If possible it is well worth a round before closure.â

âWelcoming staff and members. We were in attendance for an Inter County Junior golf competition. We are always given a warm welcome even though the event takes over the place for 3 days. Food is great too. Fresh well cooked and reasonable . Next time can we have better weather, it was the only let down đ but course handled everything that was thrown at it by mother nature. Brilliant effort by greenkeepersâ

âWe've only been for the driving range and it is cracking fun. It has become our go to driving range as we love using top tracer. Not being professional, intermediate or barely amateur đ the steely atmosphere is a little off putting. Thank god they have a back corner to go and tee off.â

âA lovely walk around a golf course with both track and freereign walking. There is also a beautiful pond at one of the ends of the park often with ducks, swans and a variety of birds which is a peaceful place to ponder and watch the beautiful habitat. There are often dog walkers around also, so perhaps a nice walk for them too.â

âPlayed here 7/3/23 : always drove past this place and never had chance to play. I managed get finished early on a job, rang clubhouse and someone answered straight away. I was concerned the course may be closed due to the rain overnight and in the morning but was informed the course was open. I welcomed to pop down anytime as most people had stayed home because of the weather. I arrived and went in the clubhouse and was very impressed. Well stocked shelves, plenty of staff working so was served straight away I teed off at 13:30ish, the round cost me ÂŁ13.50. I was informed the course was having maintenance carried out on it, which was great so I was fully aware. I have to say I was impressed with this course. Itâs definitely not the longest, but there are plenty of tricky hazards to make you really think about your yardages. Itâs a great course to improve your iron play if you hit it long enough. I was really impressed with the greens. Although they had been hollow tined (spiked) the greens rolled really well, weâre in great condition. The fairways were in good condition despite the time of year, I was given a good quality winter rules mat to play off. Usually even if itâs a high end club your given a strip of artificial grass which curls up and is difficult to play off. This was on a solid piece of plastic with ground spikes All the ground maintenance team were friendly and polite, they could see which greens I was approaching so worked that around which greens they did I would definitely recommend this course and I look forward to coming back in the summer to see how well it looks with all the works going onâ
