Russ and Toby were fantastic! They were so professional and an absolute pleasure to have on-site. Russ had such brilliant ideas for designing the garden (helping to expand on our very rough plans), they were so easily contactable, always arrived on time at the start of each day, always happy to answer any questions as well as accommodating our requests during the works. They have completely transformed our garden and we would recommend them to absolutely everyone.

Started using Matt's Lawn Mowing services all year (2023) after being recommended by a neighbour. I normally do my own gardening but these guys made my life so much easier with regular maintenance at great rates too. Looking forward to using them again next year!!! Have a great holiday lads!!!

Booking was quick nice and easy. Communication with guys was great, told me the day and time. Mike was the man that visited my property. He let me know he was here and got straight to work, absolutely nothing to worry about. After he was done, he showed me the work and told me what he had done. PJ Services completed my patio to my expectations and even made suggestions to improve what I had planned. Always kept me updated as to when they would be on site, always professional and courteous. They also suggested an annual maintenance for the patio to keep it in its best condition. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again.

Fantastic service from start to finish with James. All organised very efficiently, with good pre-installation advice to help with materials purchasing. Attended on time on a weekend and completed the install efficiently, keeping me involved in the unavoidable unexpected decisions that come with installing things in an old property where nothing is quite square. I would thoroughly recommend Bespoke Garden Designs. Jake, Rachel and the team have fully transformed our large back garden and it is now so lovely! They were professional and friendly from the start, and very patient with our own lack of knowledge about how best to improve our garden, offering many different suggestions and adapting when we ended up changing our minds as we went along. They first did an excellent job replacing a long stretch of old fencing, and managed to find a solution when existing shrubs and a large tree got in the way. They completed this to such a high standard that two of our neighbours have subsequently hired them to do their fencing too. Part 2 of the project was the transformation of our large gravel patio (full of weeds, on a slope, with random old tree stumps) and the cracked concrete path alongside it, into a beautiful patio area. They recommended Neotimber composite decking, and we also have a lovely paved area as part of it. We are very pleased with the outcome. We invited the team back this year to find a way to makeover the far end of our long garden, which was formerly full of overgrown bushes, weeds and grass that never grew because it is under a large tree. We now have a lovely new patio area, wooden planters and a beautiful wooden gazebo. We never used to use this part of our garden, and now we use it all the time! Jake's attention to detail is superb, and means that every part of the job was completed to the best standard, with no corner-cutting. One important bonus for me was that communication was always great. Jake kept us in the loop throughout, with timings and progress, and was eager to explain the work whenever I nipped outside to see how they were getting on. Highly recommend!

A brand-new garden! My family and I decided to renovate the dull garden to a modern style garden, with some space for flowers and shrubs. I managed to find Bespoke Garden Designs, after I did research on garden landscaping service on google. My parents and I viewed its before and after landscaping photos on Bespoke's website, and read it's review on google. After discussion, we finally chose Bespoke Garden Designs for our garden project. Thanks to Jake for quickly responding to my inquiry and providing the quotation to me. Thanks to James for carrying out on-site measurement for the garden project. He patiently answered my questions about the garden layout. Also, he gave advice for the poor lawn quality. Finally, thanks to Ian for working ontime, greeting us politely, carefully completing paving tiles, installing flower beds, etc. Overall, I rated positive 5-stars for Bespoke Garden Designs !

Jake & Rachel (assisted by Charlie) worked on our garden creating a new composite deck, repairing and replacing fencing and gates and other woodwork. They were great to work with, punctual, friendly, polite, flexible (because of the weather!) and always very professional. We are absolutely delighted with the end result and recommend them wholeheartedly 👍🏻

I had the front and back gardens totally re landscaped last summer. Gary and his team were amazing from start to finish. He made suggestions which significantly improved my initial plans and have made the results much more beautiful and practical. The team worked unbelievably hard, never didn’t show up and were an absolute joy to have around. My garden is both much more beautiful and easier to manage. The price charged was very fair. Within a week, my drive was transformed! A superb team, highly skilled in their trade, respectful, and dedicated in completing the job to a high and satisfactory standard. Gary and his team were on point! They went above and beyond, making sure I was totally happy and satisfied with the job they under took. Gary... a man of his word completed the job as said within the time frame given. Some early starts and late finishes were sometimes necessary to stay on schedule. They even worked through heavy rain in order to get the job done! From start to finish, each step in the process was relayed.. & well measured recommendations offered. If you're looking for a friendly, dedicated team, a quality job with a professional finish, my recommendation is here. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again for further work in the future.

Fabulous job. Weather was awful but Jordan and Brandon battled on regardless. Very professional and courteous. Materials used were very high quality and I am more than pleased. Always on time and no stopping for tea/coffee breaks, always texting with any updates. I would definitely recommend them.

The garden in my new house looks so much better thanks to Tony's work and I couldn't recommend him more. The trees and shrubs had been neglected for at least a couple of years and had grown out of control. Tony provided a quote and carried out the job a few days later. Everything was trimmed with great care and all the waste was taken away. The great bonus of his petrol-free tools is that you can barely hear them.

Used Mercia Services regularly for years to maintain our garden, clean, polite and efficient. Recently had our back garden landscaped too and both me and my husband are very pleased with it. Highly recommended.
