I cannot praise Matt and his Fairlawns team enough. It was a pleasant suprise to employ a tradesperson who actually delivered exactly what he said he would for the price he agreed. The team didnt stop in what were challenging weather conditions and regardless of their own transport challenges. They were polite, respectful and friendly throughout and tidied up after themselves to leave me with a wonderful new lawn and fencing. I will gladly recommend them to anyone and will be having them back again very soon for some paving work. If you are looking for a quality, genuine team to deliver your project on time and to a great standard then dont hesitate to give them a call.

Matt & his fellow workmen arrived promptly at 9am & set about the task of removing our old worn grass lawn. Within 3 hrs, regardless of the rain shower, we had a beautiful artificial lawn & they placed our new stepping stones at no extra cost. So pleased with the results.Highly recommended.

Very reasonably priced but more importantly they arrived when they said they would, they completed the work in the time frame they said they would and the finished job was pure quality. The guys were professional, super helpful and friendly. No messing around got on with the job in a well organised fashion and cleaned up after themselves. After reading all the great reviews about Matt and his team, we decided to have them to transform our garden to a nice clean safe space for our disabled daughter to play in all year round! Had 3 quotes for my back garden
Fairlawns was the best price, I’d seen some of there work before as a friend had used them.
Matt came round our house to quote and discuss job.
He came across as a great guy.
Matt and two other guys removed my old lawn, dug out and placed framework around the perimeter including going around a feature rock. Hardcore was put in with grano dust on top, lawn was layed and golden gravel around perimeter. All 3 worked hard and did a great job
All rubbish removed and area cleaned up.
Didn’t have to to pay any money upfront or during the work as Matt said he only accepted payment on completion of job.
They did a great job and I would highly recommend this company.
