Honest, communicative and absolutely professional. We went with GJL over other builders as Gary was completely honest and open about the limitations and options for our new patio - as well as being competitively priced. For example, he discussed drainage and leveling issues with us in detail, ensuring we were absolutely happy with the implications - no other builders even mentioned these potential pit falls. He listened to all of our requests, made informed decisions and communicated his intentions at every stage. As a result, we got a beautiful and perfectly laid patio, exactly as we wanted it, with none of the shortfalls that we would have experienced with other builders. Highly recommended.
Gary and his team done a great job. Laid a 16 x 12 ft base ready for our summerhouse. Gary's team had to dig out 12 inches of slope to level the ground. I would highly recommend GJL Paving
GJL built an extension to our driveway to act as a parking area. Gary was extremely professional and did an excellent job. I would not hesitate to recommend him.
Being in need of a good quality and level concrete base, GJL Services came highly recommended to me by a supplier. The team arrived on time, as expected, came prepared with their tools and materials and took the time to go through with me what the plans were, in order to prepare for and lay the base. Gary and his team were relentless in their attitude to the job, clearing up after themselves when finished and taking away the debris accumulated during the job. I would highly recommend GJL Services and intend on using them again, ourselves, for future projects.
We were really pleased with the work Gary did on our driveway. He worked really hard and was very particular to detail, which we appreciated. He was cost conscious for us where possible and we were really happy with the end result. We would gladly recommend him to others .
