I have recently been treated at Dorset Dental Practice for specialised treatment. All the staff were friendly, reassuring and professional and made me feel at ease completely with the treatment I required. Having been recommended Dorset Dental by my son I can honestly say that it's the first time in my life that I don't mind going to the dentist. Fabulous treatment from Szusanna and have also just been fitted for an anti snore mouth piece which I will be testing tonight! Great service and team.

My experience at the Walford Mill dental practice has always been excellent. I would like to praise the Reception staff who always go above and beyond to be helpful,kind and courteous at all times. The Hygienists are always keen to go the extra mile in ensuring that my teeth are well cleaned and polished and also offer advice about how to maintain good dental health. I met Kelly, my new dentist, yesterday for the first time. I was very impressed with her meticulous approach to my check up and with her down to earth demeanour. I know that I can have complete faith and trust in her care of my teeth as the years go by. And last but not least, many thanks to the caring and supportive dental nurses - your kind and knowledgeable service to patients is so much appreciated. I consider myself very lucky indeed to be a patient at the Walford Mill dental practice over many years and have confidence in the ongoing care that I will receive in the years to come. When I arrived at the surgery, I was expected and asked to wait in the reception area for the dentist. At the appointed time, the dentist came to collect me, welcomed me warmly and asked me to take a seat. My teeth were examined and an x-ray taken. All was done very politely and with good explanations of what was being done and why. After the appointment my bill was ready when I arrived back at the reception and I was able to get on my way. All in all, quite pleasant considering I was at the dentist.

My first visit to Dorset Dental Cinic I was most impressed by the quick and efficient service I received. A plan was quickly put together. The staff I talked to were very friendly and helpful. Cannot recommend enough. As a nervous patient I was very quickly put at ease. 5 stars from me.

I broke a molar and was in a lot of pain. I couldn’t find a dentist anywhere so I tried these guys… I left a message and they got back to me within an hour. The lovely receptionist booked an appointment for me later that afternoon. The dentist then phoned me too to get more detail about my tooth problem which was a nice touch.I saw Shannon and her nurse who were incredible. All three ladies were very professional and extremely caring. I live over an hour away from Dorset dental clinic however would have no hesitation in going back there and am seriously considering using them all the time… They really were excellent. Thank you DDC… I have also just received an e mail from them with all the detail of my treatment including the picture of the x-ray they took so I can pass it on to my dentist to help him know all the information. Incredible service… Thank you again Shannon and the team.

Had my first consultation and was made to feel very much at ease. Lovely friendly staff and the information given was in depth and very clear. Absolutely no pressure at all to sign up for treatments and no upselling which was refreshing. I have already decided based on my consultation and all of the information given to me, to go ahead with treatment. So I'll review again after my next appointment. After a few recommendations from friends for Smile Stories, I decided to visit myself. All the team here are so welcoming and friendly. The place itself is also lovely without the usual clinical feel from a dentist. I have had multiple visits to Sarah for various dental work I needed doing and she, alongside the dental nurses, has been amazing and put me at complete ease! I have also had appointments with Camila and Zak who have been so lovely. The care and service here is second to none, highly recommend to anyone!!

First class service. I’m very happy with all the dental work I’m having done at Smile Stories. They take time and care to explain every stage to me and make sure I’m happy and fully understand what’s happening. Any questions I have are answered fully. An absolutel lifesaver! Rang me extremely quickly and was able to give advice over the phone that enabled me to get my heating back on! I have been messed around by two other companies who didn’t even ask the basic questions that Huw did. Huw managed to squeeze me in short notice at the end of the day to fix some leaky radiator valves. He turned up on time and cracked on straight away. He did a brilliant job at fixing the radiator valves and even went one step further and fixed some pipes that were installed badly by the previous owner. All in all a very reliable tradesman and charges a reasonable price. Highly recommended

MK Plumbing & Heating did a great job replacing my old boiler that was 15 years old. They put in a new Glow Worm boiler for me and I'm really happy with it. They gave me the best price out of all the quotes I got and they were super professional. They did the work neatly and didn't leave any mess. I came here sent by an NHS emergency with an infection in one of my back teeth I was in agony and very swollen. I saw Ella and Tia, They first sent me away with antibiotics and to come back to have the tooth removed. When I came back Ella said the tooth could be saved and asked if I would prefer to have a root canal. After the first procedure I was so shocked how much better my face felt and realised I’d been in pain for a long time. I went back for the second procedure today and again very happy with the result. I thought Ella and Tia went above and beyond considering it’s not even my official dentist. They could have easily removed the teeth for a fraction of the time but instead fixed my tooth and I am so happy they did. I’ve been looking for a dentist for a while and will definitely be joining! Thank you both

Highly rate this practice! I had a one off appointment to fix a broken tooth. I was fitted in the next day! I saw Dr Edwardo whom was very friendly and informative. I hate dentists generally but was made to feel at ease. My front tooth was repaired by hand with composite filling. The result was astonishing! Can't even tell it was broken. Amazing skills! I was really impressed with both mine and my daughter's appointment with Dr Sainath Reddy. He was very relaxed and didn't rush my 3yr old daughter and she actually sat for a full check up and opened her mouth! Miracle. I have had trouble with my front teeth after a fall as a child and Dr Reddy gave very clear advice and information about referral for surgery and potential options. Really happy to have found a dentist I feel I can trust.
