A great service from Justin and his business partner, from the inital visit to us, they listened to our ideas and also provided us with their ideas through their experience, which all came together for our renovation work which included relocation of lights, light switches and under groundcable installation, they took the stress out of everything, they turn up when they said they would, carried out the work in a tidy and professional manner and were super responsive to my questions and ideas. Nick first came to us when we needed a full electrical inspection for our insurance. He provided a really good service covering everything that was required in a proactive way. We then asked him to fit a new external light. Again, he could have been more helpful and carried out a really good job. We would highly recommend him for any electrical job big or small.

Nick is friendly, approachable, knowledgeable, competitive, works tidily, arrives on time, offers great advice. His work is to a very high standard, we have used him to re wire our kitchen & install outside lights, no job is too small or big. I manage a Lettings agency in Central Salisbury and Nick is our go-to electrician. Fairly priced, exceptional standard of work, fantastic communication and always tidies up after himself once works are completed - which can be half the struggle when trying to manage properties with various contractors. My dental journey with South Coast Implant & Cosmetic Dentist has been amazing from day one. After experiencing many issues with my implants placed in a different dental surgery I found dentists who were willing to help me. David Furze and his team are incredibly professional, knowledgeable, and kind. They listened attentively to my concerns, explained all procedures and options in detail, and addressed my previous implant issues with expertise. David's positive attitude and enthusiasm made the treatment process much easier. The atmosphere at the surgery is welcoming and friendly, and I always felt comfortable and at ease. Even though I had to travel two hours for my appointments, it was well worth it.

I cannot begin to thank the team enough for their help today. My six-year-old daughter broke her teeth and they were able to rebuild them and they look as good as new. The practice is most efficient. Mr Rahman was very reassuring and has a great communication style explaining everything in a clear way. He was very efficient and I did not feel any discomfort during the treatment despite all the warnings! The hygenist I have just met was also delightful.

I had an accident over the weekend and knocked out my front teeth, I was in a lot of pain and needed them fixed as soon as possible. The very helpful receptionist at Bupa dental care in Shaftesbury spoke to my mum and had us booked in first thing Monday morning without any issues. The dentist I saw was absolutely incredible, I was very nervous and he made me feel calm and the treatment was painless. My teeth look amazing and I’m so pleased with them. To have it done so quickly, efficiently, painlessly and with incredible customer service makes such a difference. Thank you to all the team!

Really pleased with the work carried out to install 2 x extractors and a PIV unit. The work was much more involved than first thought, and the poor guy was working in our loft on the hottest day of the year! Joe and his colleagues did the electrical work and plumbing on our houses renovation. The electrical work carried out (mainly) by Aaron and his trusty assistant Billy is superb. Aaron is extremely methodical in his approach and it shows with the end result. We also had a mini wet room built. The end result is stunning. The tiling and the tanking beneath the tiling was done to an extremely high standard. The tiler Steve is a lovely chap and again, extremely methodical in his approach. Towards the end of the project the final bits of plumbing were completed by plumber Aaron and John. Again the work was to a high standard and it was a pleasure having them in our home. We would definitely recommend using Joe and his team and we will be next spring for the other bathroom to be renovated. Thanks Joe and team. Andy and Lisa. Also I think it’s wonderful that Joe takes on apprentices, to train the next generation of electricians.

I have been considering creating an en suite shower room and effecting some external works at my property but was somewhat daunted by managing a project. Joe Newton Electrical, Plumbing and Heating Services and James Newsam Construction were recommended by neighbours. Joe and James, who often work in collaboration, came to assess what was required and quote a week after contact. Options were discussed, sensible advice given and a detailed quote and anticipated start date followed shortly thereafter. The Project commenced on the agreed start date with a team of professional, pleasant, experienced, local trades arriving one after the other! all were well-briefed, hard working and consulted me in relation to any decisions (style of doors, placement of switches etc) as necessary. The ethos and importance of "Customer Satisfaction" was obvious throughout. Any queries I had were responded to by Joe or James, usually within the hour. Joe managed the sequence of events entirely for all the electrical and plumbing work, which was completed to a very high standard. I am delighted with my new En Suite Shower Room, it is spacious, practical and stylish and will doubtless add value to my property. I have no hesitation in recommending Joe Newton Electrical, Plumbing and Heating, who I will definitely use again. PS the final Invoice was exactly as quote and I literally could not fault any part of the service I received.

We've been super-happy with Joe and his colleagues. Highly recommended. We discoevered Joe through a previous small job at our colttage where they were sub-contracted by our builder. This week, they replaced a whole lot of ageing night-storage heaters with modern, programmable radiators at our rather old and crumbly cottage in Dorset. Joe gave great advice, answering every email really quickly. We were away when they did the job over a couple of days. We returned to find everything completed absolutely perfectly. The cabling from our meter was rewired as needed. Everything just right. New radiators installed, firmly fixed to our walls of various weird and historic materials. Other than the radiators being installed, we wouldn't have known they'd been here! The heavy old contraptions full of grime and bricks had been dismantled and taken away without any fuss, or dust. Through no fault of theirs, one of the new radiators had a little fault. They responded instantly and had sourced and installed a new one within 24 hours. Unbelievable! Everything friendly, cheerful, efficient, responsive and charged exactly the price agreed in advance. We are very happy (and warm!) bunnies indeed. Thank you Joe and Mark! Geoff is the best dentist I’ve ever had !!! For someone petrified of the dentist , he has the most amazing bed side manner & so calming & gentle . I was never scared going to Geoff ! I am new to the area and therefore a new patient to Ivy Cross Practice. I cannot praise the team highly enough. From my initial check up with Amer Nasr and his lovely dental assistant I was made to feel very comfortable and supported . They explained everything clearly and really looked after me. Then my visit to the hygienist Shula Gampala and her assistant were so thorough, kind and caring - explaining everything as she went along recommending ways to continue to look after my dental hygiene. Eve, the manager is really friendly, efficient and helpful. Over the years I have had a few dental practitioners and I can honestly say this team of people are well up there with the best dental experience I’ve had. It’s never fun visiting the dentist but they made it easy, friendly and even exchanged a few laughs. Thank you .

What can I say but Geoff and Eve are the best! Having had to arrange an emergency appointment and not ever been to the surgery before the care that was given to me was outstanding. Geoff is the best dentist I have ever had. He is so caring, explains everything so well and just makes you feel at ease from the time you walk into the treatment room. Eve makes you so relaxed from the moment you walk in the surgery door. In fact every member of staff there is just wonderful! You actually feel like you’ve known them all for years! If you have a fear of dentists, then please visit this surgery. You will be so glad you did and honestly you will want to go back! I’m just so sorry I’m leaving the area.
