My first visit to Dorset Dental Cinic I was most impressed by the quick and efficient service I received. A plan was quickly put together. The staff I talked to were very friendly and helpful. Cannot recommend enough. As a nervous patient I was very quickly put at ease. 5 stars from me.

Had my first consultation and was made to feel very much at ease. Lovely friendly staff and the information given was in depth and very clear. Absolutely no pressure at all to sign up for treatments and no upselling which was refreshing. I have already decided based on my consultation and all of the information given to me, to go ahead with treatment. So I'll review again after my next appointment. Actually looking forward to visiting the dentist! That's a first!!

I broke a molar and was in a lot of pain. I couldn’t find a dentist anywhere so I tried these guys… I left a message and they got back to me within an hour. The lovely receptionist booked an appointment for me later that afternoon. The dentist then phoned me too to get more detail about my tooth problem which was a nice touch.I saw Shannon and her nurse who were incredible. All three ladies were very professional and extremely caring. I live over an hour away from Dorset dental clinic however would have no hesitation in going back there and am seriously considering using them all the time… They really were excellent. Thank you DDC… I have also just received an e mail from them with all the detail of my treatment including the picture of the x-ray they took so I can pass it on to my dentist to help him know all the information. Incredible service… Thank you again Shannon and the team.

After a few recommendations from friends for Smile Stories, I decided to visit myself. All the team here are so welcoming and friendly. The place itself is also lovely without the usual clinical feel from a dentist. I have had multiple visits to Sarah for various dental work I needed doing and she, alongside the dental nurses, has been amazing and put me at complete ease! I have also had appointments with Camila and Zak who have been so lovely. The care and service here is second to none, highly recommend to anyone!!

First class service. I’m very happy with all the dental work I’m having done at Smile Stories. They take time and care to explain every stage to me and make sure I’m happy and fully understand what’s happening. Any questions I have are answered fully. All the people who work there are very friendly, completely professional and nothing is too much trouble. They don’t “rush” or “pressurise” you into anything. I highly recommend them.

Smile Stories is an amazing dentist and the whole team always make sure you have an enjoyable experience. I’ve just finished Invisalign and I am so happy with the results and how easy the process was. Gareth has been great and everyone else I’ve had an appointment with has also been so caring and made sure I feel comfortable the entire time. I would recommend Smile Stories to everyone!

Ben is a great electrician and fantastic business owner.. he quoted a price and installed a new hybrid solar system.. had it all up and running same day..I had issues with my app( my phone lol ) he didn't leave till i had all working.. He was recommended to me by a friend who had had same system and have already passed on his number to several of my friends.. cheers Ben.. good man Andy hall Inverter lux hybrid 3.6 and 3x 3.2 hanchu batteries. Great service from BB Electrical. We were looking to get solar panels for our home. Ben came out and took the time to explain the system to us and gave a very thorough quote. Employed BB Electrical to carry out a scheduled Electrical Inspection Condition Report for our warehouse unit @ Bournemouth Steel. The inspection and all remedial works were completed in good time, they were tidy, courteous and did an excellent job. New 3 phase consumer unit installed with galvanised containment and re-wiring where necessary. Would definitely recommend

Solar panels and batteries.......... What a great company. From initial contact and planning, utterly professional. Ben quite obviously sought to provide what was required rather than pushing for a bigger order, rare these days! Cracked on with the work. Super fast, very tidy and very conscientious. Price wise BB Electrical supplied a bigger system then others for similar money. Without a doubt I would have no hesitation about recommending this company. Deal with them, you won't be disappointed.

I was delighted with the quality of service provided. James helped connect a new electric towel heater and install an external socket at my home. Great job, very thorough and efficient. Very quick and easy to deal with. I had a filling put in 2 months ago and it came out. Phoned up Alder Road the booked me in the next week and replaced the filling with no charge to me. Great service and v professional.

I am moving to the area and had an emergency of a fractured tooth. The surgery were super helpful and made an appointment for the same day. The dentist took the time to explain everything to me, made me feel incredibly comfortable and I really felt like they had my best interests in mind. First impression was a really friendly greeting by the receptionist who saw to me really quickly. My treatment could have been explained to me on check in as I forgot what I was coming for. Maybe my fault but to offer a subtle reminder would be a good touch. I’m a private user so I can only compare to other private dentistry. What I can say is that I have never been over sold any treatment. Mr Lockyer is extremely fair and 💯 honest. Totes magotes recommend this practice 👌🏻

Highly recommend F.B Electrical! Definitely be using them again. Thank you Finn. Update: We had our kitchen ripped out last Monday and I needed an electrian Tuesday before plastering on Wednesday. I phoned Finn as he has done previous work for us to see if he can come over, he was able to move his other jobs around to help and was here for half a day sorting the problems that needed doing, my kitchen has been fitted and he moved my one and only isolation switch I had for my oven and hob in one of my cupboards instead of it on show like it was. (See picture) He gave me an isolation switch for my oven, hob and fridge in one of my very small cupboards, and I now have two sockets where the old isolation switch was, We had an very old extension lead for the extractor fan lying on top of the kitchen wall cupboards which wasn't ideal, he put a nice socket in my extractor fan cupboard too. He also fitted a bathroom light, hall light and bedroom light aswell as updating my wall sockets in the kitchen, bedroom and lounge. I'm sure Finn did alot more that I haven't mentioned. Also instead of putting wires for my hob out side on show, he managed to feed them under the floorboards where there wasn't any tiles into the fuse box. Highly recommend, Great work and very tidy. Thanks again Finn, we really appreciate your hard work especially in 29° heat! ☀️

On my first visit to Alaska house I was seen by Llewellyn Camilla. She made me feel very welcomed and put me at ease straight away. Nicole the Hygienist was really lovely and spoke through every process she was going to be doing. I'm quite a nervous patient so this was nice to have. She also offered me lots of advice on how to keep my gums healthy. She was very lovely and welcoming! My experience at the Walford Mill dental practice has always been excellent. I would like to praise the Reception staff who always go above and beyond to be helpful,kind and courteous at all times. The Hygienists are always keen to go the extra mile in ensuring that my teeth are well cleaned and polished and also offer advice about how to maintain good dental health. I met Kelly, my new dentist, yesterday for the first time. I was very impressed with her meticulous approach to my check up and with her down to earth demeanour. I know that I can have complete faith and trust in her care of my teeth as the years go by. And last but not least, many thanks to the caring and supportive dental nurses - your kind and knowledgeable service to patients is so much appreciated. I consider myself very lucky indeed to be a patient at the Walford Mill dental practice over many years and have confidence in the ongoing care that I will receive in the years to come. When I arrived at the surgery, I was expected and asked to wait in the reception area for the dentist. At the appointed time, the dentist came to collect me, welcomed me warmly and asked me to take a seat. My teeth were examined and an x-ray taken. All was done very politely and with good explanations of what was being done and why. After the appointment my bill was ready when I arrived back at the reception and I was able to get on my way. All in all, quite pleasant considering I was at the dentist.

John recently did a full rewire at my property where the electrics hadn't been touched since the 1960s. He was always polite, on time, and very neat and tidy. All work was performed to a high standard, and he really took the time to explain everything and suggest useful tips and tricks. We are extremely happy with the work and the little extras that John helped us with. The overall cost was very reasonable for the work that was put in. Highly recommended!

Faultless service from John. We wanted an extractor fan installed when we uncovered an old air vent when remodelling the bathroom. John used the vent and gave recommendations for the type of fan and relocated our light switch to include connection to the extractor fan. Clear quote and spec. of product given and plenty of advice, together with relevant documentation and final invoice for a good price. We have plenty more to do in our old house and will not hesitate to use his services again.
