Thank you to Dr. Lone for my root canal treatment which he completed this week. I had been anxious about it, but need not have been. Throughout my visits, he was caring, informative and professional. When it came to the two main treatment stages, his calm presence, attentive care and keeping me informed made the whole experience easy; I felt relaxed throughout. My experience at Forest Road Dental Practice has been a pleasure since I joined over two years ago. The staff are friendly, caring, warm and professional, and have provided me a high standard of care and treatments. It is always lovely to come for my check-ups with Ray. I couldn't have found a more wonderful practice to come to.

I came to the Forest Road dental practice today for an emergency appointment referred by NHS 111. I was misleadingly informed that this was an NHS referrals clinic but I am so pleased I made an appointment anyway. I have had a few unpleasant experiences at dentists in the past but Dr Ray and his lovely dental nurse were amazing. He clearly explained the issue I had, there was no pressure to go ahead with any procedures, and I left with a renewed confidence in dentists. The staff are all so friendly and welcoming and the whole atmosphere is warm and relaxing. I am now signing on as a patient and will be taking advantage of their dental plan.

As enjoyable a visit to a dentist as a visit to a dentist can be. The tedious paperwork (medical history etc), that previously was completed at the dentist itself was completed online a few days before the visit. Carillon Dental Care sent me a text with a link providing secure access to enable me to provide the data needed. This is very handy when trying to remember the exact name of the medication you are on. On arrival, the receptionist checked that I had completed everything then asked me to take a seat. The waiting room was quite small, but very clean and the seating was comfortable. The Dentist called me on time and was friendly, polite and professional in manner. He then did a check up and identified a broken tooth that needed to be removed (yes, I knew it was broken hence the visit). He explained what the process for extraction, what aftercare was needed, the cost I would be charged (very reasonable on the NHS),. He then asked whether I wanted to have it removed immediately or book a later appointment. Ten minutes later, broken tooth was removed, payment made and a checked up booked for 6 months time. Only the payment was painful and not overly so. The only downside was that I was advised not to have any alcohol for 24 hours and there's a really nice pub within a 2 minute walk.

Excellent dentist, good reminders for appointments and phone calls, only criticism is they could do with being a bit clearer on payments amounts as not mentioned until after appointments, also have paid in advance previously and asking to pay again, having to show receipt. I think this could also do with improvement.

I recently visited this dental practice and was thoroughly impressed by every aspect of my experience. From the moment I called to schedule an appointment to the moment I left the office, the service was exceptional. The receptionists were incredibly friendly and efficient, ensuring that my appointments were promptly scheduled and that I experienced minimal wait times. I appreciated receiving a reminder text before my appointment. As for the dental care itself, I cannot speak highly enough of the amazing dentists, particularly Mariam. She was not only skilled and knowledgeable but also incredibly cheerful and patient. She took the time to explain every step of the procedure, putting me at ease throughout the entire process. Overall, I highly recommend this dental practice to anyone in search of top-notch care in a welcoming environment. I will definitely be returning for all of my future dental needs.

I was greeted on arrival and the reception area was very professional and had a calming and relaxed atmosphere, was only a few minute before I was seen to by the dentist, the treatment to follow was explained and reassured of what was going to happen and how. I was treated with great care by both the dentist and dental nurse, and the procedure was over in a timely fashion. I was happy with the treatment and painless and would recommend Carillon Dental Care to all for their needs...thanks again.

I recently had a wisdom tooth extraction, and I can’t express enough how grateful I am to Prem and his assistant Abi. After a difficult experience with a dentist years ago, I was extremely anxious about the procedure. However, from the moment I walked in, Prem and Abi made me feel relaxed and comfortable. Prem took the time to explain the process and address all my concerns, which really eased my anxiety. Throughout the extraction, he was gentle and attentive, ensuring I was okay every step of the way. Abi was equally supportive, providing reassurance and keeping me informed. Thanks to their compassionate care, what I anticipated to be a stressful experience turned out to be much easier than I could have imagined. Very efficient and superb staff; in and out in no time; very friendly receptionist and the dentist and hygienist were a very amicable duo, who made me feel very comfortable and at ease. Great to see lots of kids books and drawing equipment within the waiting room, which was generously stocked.

Niel is a great dentist, knowledgable and a great personality. I have had many procedures done here and all have been perfect, with frequent checks completed each time I visit.

My 7 year old daughter had a scooter accident yesterday and caused some damage to her new front tooth, we saw Neil today ( first time as usual dentist on annual leave) and I was blown away at how amazing Neil was with both of us ( very anxious mum) I can not thank him enough, such an amazing dentist and character. Everyone within the practice is all so lovely, welcoming and friendly. The care provided is outstanding and I couldn’t be more happier with being a patient here! I have registered my baby today and I look forward to her enjoying her dental visits as I know she will feel at ease and comfortable. Would recommend this practice 1000 times over! :)

Saw me at very short notice. Found the problem and gave me a solution right away. Very nervous patient but I would put at ease straight away by the friendly reception team. The dentist I saw was brilliant in putting me at ease aswell. Would definitely recommend!

As a fearful dental patient, I can confidently say that Sherwood House has completely changed my perspective on dental care. The reassurance, fantastic treatment, and valuable advice I have received have been nothing short of amazing. I've been going here since I was a student at campus. Staff and my dentist have always been really friendly and done a great job, however in the past the practice seemed a bit archaic. Recently on my last visit there was a vast improvement in updating the practice and systems while keeping the same friendly reliable service.

The whole family has been coming to Mr Ghokani for decades. That must count for something. All staff members are a delight to meet on each visit and enjoy the banter and chit-chat as we catch up with the latest family gossip. Excellent service, highly recommended.

Having joined here after 13 years at my last practise, and being an extremely nervous patient, my anxiety was evident as soon as I walked through the door. Christine, whom was working on reception at that time, couldn't have put me more at ease. The dentist I saw was patient and reassuring and I honestly wish I had made the move sooner. Also the pricing is competitive. I would recommend this practise to anybody, if you can get a place. I am already grateful to have found them.

I the receptionist was friendly and very professional. I was seen on time by both my dentist and hygienist.. My dentist is always very friendly, and explains how my check up went. My hygienist and her assistant were both very friendly. My hygienist explained every part of the scale and polish and is as gentle as possible. She gave be helpful advice on how best to look after my teeth. All in all, the practice is great.

My visit to my dentist, Clix, was good and I came away happy that I needed no treatment this time. The girls in the practice were polite, cheerful and ready to help if needed. Going to the dentist is a scary thing to do and the staff all help to make me more relaxed. Clix himself is very nice and reasuring, he puts me at my ease even where there are issues with my teeth.

Having just moved to this practice as a NHS patient I was extremely impressed. The registration process was simple, plus the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. My initial examination was very thorough and I left with confidence my teeth were in good hands. I was given excellent advise on how to maintain my teeth, and cannot be happier 😊. Richard Steward is an excellent dentist, with a very caring attitude. He always answers any questions or concerns & is very thorough. He is very patient & reassuring with children, & always takes time to explain what he is going to do & what, if anything you should feel, & he shows the children what implements he will be using. It’s a shame there aren’t more NHS dentists like him. I would highly recommend to anyone & he is very good with nervous patients.

As always, a friendly welcome, minimal wait and outstanding service. I went for a routine check up, the dental practitioner noticed that a tooth was missing it's filling and saw evidence of decay; I was offered treatment immediately and ten minutes later the filling was done! Me and my family have been with this dentist for over fourteen years and they are excellent.

I’ve been anxious about the dentist for well over 50 years but I can honestly say that I have never had a bad experience with this practice. All of the staff are kind, courteous and make you feel at ease. I thoroughly recommend them.

I had a broken tooth, phoned the practice, got an appointment for 2 days later. Seen on time, temporary filling till my next appointment in March. Have been with this practice for a number of years now, I've always had a quick and efficient service, no problems at all, very pleased with the service I receive

I have recently been given a new dentist at the practice, Dr Samra, was thorough, took her time and fully explained the work that needed to be done and my options. I felt that it wasn't a rushed appointment, or just a quick wizz round my teeth but a considered approach to looking after my teeth long term. Excellent!

I would just like to say that i am petrified of dentists & i'm 72.But after meeting Neil Banton & Abi all my fears were allayed.They put me totally at ease.I had extractions and a new set of dentures made.Perfect Fit first time. I have now got my confidence back (and my smile).It's well worth getting in a fight,losing your front teeth & just to book an appointment so you can see how good & professional Neil & Abi are. I personally highly recommend them.Thanks Neil & Abi for all the hard work you put in.See you in 6 months.
