Couldn’t ask for any better service. We have came from lincoln for my stepdaughters braces, they have been so helpful with appointments and times. Any issues we just had to call and they have been so helpful. Donna has been amazing with my stepdaughter, been super understand about the travel as it takes 1.5 hours. I approached the Dental Suite Loughborough after hearing great reviews online and by word of mouth as I was looking for a great cosmetic dentist to replace an old bridge and veneers which I had done initially at the London Smile Clinic. From my first appointment with Dr Kiren Johal and all the amazingly friendly staff there, I could tell I was in the best hands. Kiren’s attention to detail is unmatched which is evident in the final aesthetics. I couldn’t be happier with the results that have totally exceeded my expectations which were already pretty high. I wouldn’t hesitate in recommending anyone to visit the Dental Suite and see Kiren as they wouldn’t be disappointed, far from it as my prior bridge was great but this one is next level!

Today my son had his fixed braces applied by the lovely Dr Anna and Rose. Throughout the whole process Dr Anna told Harley step by step what was happening&when finished she advised him how to safely eat ect so no damaged will be cause to his braces. Rose then provided Harley with a pack and explained the best was to keep the braces clean&also his gums healthy.I am super confident and happy with the service provided for my son..the receptionist (especially Lisa) have also been amazing in providing me with later in the day appointments due to work. We are really happy with the service so far&cannot wait to see Harley’s lovely teggies in the end,thanks so much girlies xxx

My experience with the dental suit as been amazing throughout! Dr Anna fitted my braces 14 months ago and my results are perfect, I’m over the moon with my teeth, she was kind, honest and very thorough at every appointment The reception team were the brilliant, very welcoming every time! 10/10 all round highly recommend

I honestly can’t recommend Lux Dental enough. I would highly recommend Dr Ravi. He is very professional, honest and also a very nice guy in general! I am absolutely in love with my composite bonds, they are just how I wanted them to look! I felt he listened to my requests, he really took his time and any tweaks i wanted he sorted them out without a problem. He is skilled in what he does and I couldn’t be anymore happier with the final result of my teeth. Thank you Ravi and also the whole team at Lux Dental who have been so helpful too!

I very highly recommend this practice, Dr Ravi and his team are fantastic at what they do! I recently had a dental implant and the whole process was painless!!! I felt comfortable and safe, Dr Ravi did an amazing job with my implant, I am more than happy, it doesn’t even feel like I’m missing a tooth. If you want to go to a practice that’s friendly, there to help you, doesn’t judge you, and explains everything to you for your understanding, this is the place!! Worth the money!

I had an appointment today with Dr.Ravi, he managed to get me in urgently, i was extremely nervous and was afraid of my treatment, However Dr Ravi was absolutely incredible, he took the time to speak with me before and after the procedure, he took the time to get to know me and my situation. Also was very patient and informative with what was happening and what will happen, Dr. Ravi is amazing but the lovely dental nurse who was assisting was brilliant too, Both created a very comfortable environment. I’m truly looking forward to my dental journey with Lux Dental and can’t recommend them enough 5*****

I cannot recommend this dental practice enough. I moved here from another practice over two years ago and have not looked back. The reception staff are approachable and friendly and always have a smile on their faces. The care i receive from Shruthi is amazing. I am a nervous patient having had a really bad experience at a previous practice but she is friendly, patient and most importantly brilliant at her job. I never believed I would find myself laughing in a dentist chair but i am put so much at ease I find myself doing just that! Best decision I ever made. Thank you.

As enjoyable a visit to a dentist as a visit to a dentist can be. The tedious paperwork (medical history etc), that previously was completed at the dentist itself was completed online a few days before the visit. Carillon Dental Care sent me a text with a link providing secure access to enable me to provide the data needed. This is very handy when trying to remember the exact name of the medication you are on. On arrival, the receptionist checked that I had completed everything then asked me to take a seat. The waiting room was quite small, but very clean and the seating was comfortable. The Dentist called me on time and was friendly, polite and professional in manner. He then did a check up and identified a broken tooth that needed to be removed (yes, I knew it was broken hence the visit). He explained what the process for extraction, what aftercare was needed, the cost I would be charged (very reasonable on the NHS),. He then asked whether I wanted to have it removed immediately or book a later appointment. Ten minutes later, broken tooth was removed, payment made and a checked up booked for 6 months time. Only the payment was painful and not overly so. The only downside was that I was advised not to have any alcohol for 24 hours and there's a really nice pub within a 2 minute walk.

I was greeted on arrival and the reception area was very professional and had a calming and relaxed atmosphere, was only a few minute before I was seen to by the dentist, the treatment to follow was explained and reassured of what was going to happen and how. I was treated with great care by both the dentist and dental nurse, and the procedure was over in a timely fashion. I was happy with the treatment and painless and would recommend Carillon Dental Care to all for their needs...thanks again.

I recently visited this dental practice and was thoroughly impressed by every aspect of my experience. From the moment I called to schedule an appointment to the moment I left the office, the service was exceptional. The receptionists were incredibly friendly and efficient, ensuring that my appointments were promptly scheduled and that I experienced minimal wait times. I appreciated receiving a reminder text before my appointment. As for the dental care itself, I cannot speak highly enough of the amazing dentists, particularly Mariam. She was not only skilled and knowledgeable but also incredibly cheerful and patient. She took the time to explain every step of the procedure, putting me at ease throughout the entire process. I recently had a wisdom tooth extraction, and I can’t express enough how grateful I am to Prem and his assistant Abi. After a difficult experience with a dentist years ago, I was extremely anxious about the procedure. However, from the moment I walked in, Prem and Abi made me feel relaxed and comfortable. Prem took the time to explain the process and address all my concerns, which really eased my anxiety. Throughout the extraction, he was gentle and attentive, ensuring I was okay every step of the way. Abi was equally supportive, providing reassurance and keeping me informed. Thanks to their compassionate care, what I anticipated to be a stressful experience turned out to be much easier than I could have imagined. Excellent service by Prem, as always. My dad has Alzheimer's and Prem treats him with respect and dignity each time. Having joined here after 13 years at my last practise, and being an extremely nervous patient, my anxiety was evident as soon as I walked through the door. Christine, whom was working on reception at that time, couldn't have put me more at ease. The dentist I saw was patient and reassuring and I honestly wish I had made the move sooner. Also the pricing is competitive. I would recommend this practise to anybody, if you can get a place. I am already grateful to have found them.

Having just moved to this practice as a NHS patient I was extremely impressed. The registration process was simple, plus the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. My initial examination was very thorough and I left with confidence my teeth were in good hands. I was given excellent advise on how to maintain my teeth, and cannot be happier 😊. Even though I hate dental appointments, Richard, my dentist is always patient with me. Does his best to allay my fears, explains everything fully, ensuring I understand my treatment plans and options. My appointments are mainly within a few minutes of the allocated time but if there is a delay the nurse informs me. I recommend this dentist to my friends and my family are also with this practice

My visit to my dentist, Clix, was good and I came away happy that I needed no treatment this time. The girls in the practice were polite, cheerful and ready to help if needed. Going to the dentist is a scary thing to do and the staff all help to make me more relaxed. Clix himself is very nice and reasuring, he puts me at my ease even where there are issues with my teeth.

Richard Steward is an excellent dentist, with a very caring attitude. He always answers any questions or concerns & is very thorough. He is very patient & reassuring with children, & always takes time to explain what he is going to do & what, if anything you should feel, & he shows the children what implements he will be using. It’s a shame there aren’t more NHS dentists like him. I would highly recommend to anyone & he is very good with nervous patients.

I have recently been given a new dentist at the practice, Dr Samra, was thorough, took her time and fully explained the work that needed to be done and my options. 5 stars for Neil Banton. Had my 1st round of work done today, and can hand on heart say it was a breeze. Very relaxed and PAIN FREE! Going to this dentist isnt going to give me anxiety like my previous experiences with other practice's. Highly recommended.
