Absolutely over the moon with the phenomenal service provided. I last used Gold Star Carpet and Upholstery Cleaning in August 2022 - I also have two dogs and the carpets have only just needed a deep clean. I have used Goldstar for cleaning my properties for some time and I can highly recommend them. They have a great work ethic with exceptional standards of cleaning. I have renovated houses that have been full of black brick dust or red plaster dust throughout and they have come in and cleaned and created a clean environment to work in. Leaving all work services and the floors clean to a professional standard. They have done end of tenancy cleans where the windows have not been cleaned for over a decade and covered in fly poo and many areas black with rotten filth. Goldstar leaves the house in a lovely clean condition and let ready. They have also done cleans to relatively clean houses where I just needed a fresh up and the carpets deep cleaning. On all counts I have found Goldstar very professional and extremely hard working. They always turn up on time and have never delayed or missed an appointment.
